About Us: Platinumlist.
net, a pioneering leader in the online event guide and ticketing solution industry, has been revolutionizing the event landscape in the Gulf region since 2009.
As the largest ticketing provider in the GCC and Europe, we proudly serve an extensive array of events across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon and Morocco from our Dubai-based headquarters.
Your Role: Own the day-to-day planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns on Meta and Google to drive profitable ticket sales.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role: you'll build campaigns, read the data, and act on it — not brief an agency to do it.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign management: Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen).
Manage monthly budgets across multiple events, markets and product categories; reallocate spend based on performance, not schedule.
Run structured A/B tests on audiences, placements, bidding strategies and creative — one variable at a time, documented outcomes.
Manage keyword research, negative keyword hygiene, ad copy and extensions for Search campaigns — in both Arabic and English.
Build and maintain audience segments: custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing pools, customer match lists.
Performance & optimisation: Own channel-level ROAS, CPA and conversion volume targets; flag risk to target early rather than at month-end.
Monitor pacing daily; identify and fix underdelivery, overspend and creative fatigue.
Optimise the full funnel with the CRM and product teams — from impression through to completed checkout.
Maintain accurate conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tags, GA4 event configuration.
Reporting & analysis: Produce weekly performance reports with clear commentary: what changed, why, what happens next.
Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent) for campaign, event and market-level visibility.
Deliver post-campaign analysis on major events with actionable learnings, not just charts.
Never present a number without knowing its source.
Data integrity is non-negotiable.
AI in the workflow: Use AI tools daily to move faster: generating and iterating ad copy variants, keyword and audience research, creative concepting, competitor scanning, and drafting reports.
Use AI to interrogate performance data — spotting patterns, summarising exports, building analysis you'd otherwise spend hours on manually.
Automate repetitive parts of the role (pacing checks, naming conventions, reporting pulls) rather than absorbing them as busywork.
Apply judgement to AI output.
Every AI-generated number, claim or piece of Arabic copy gets checked before it goes live — AI accelerates the work, it doesn't own it.
Share what's working.
We expect the whole team to keep levelling up how they use these tools.
Collaboration: Brief the creative team on asset requirements and feed back on what's actually performing.
Coordinate with category and commercial teams on event priorities, ticket inventory and launch timings.
Work alongside SEO, CRM and content colleagues to keep messaging consistent across channels.
A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
The opportunity to work with a leading ticketing provider.
A chance to contribute to the entertainment industry and help shape experiences for millions of users.
Must have: Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing paid performance campaigns on both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Demonstrable track record of managing live budgets and hitting ROAS or CPA targets — with examples you can talk through.
Strong working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking setup and attribution basics.
Comfortable in spreadsheets: pivot tables, lookups, building a performance model from raw exports.
Analytical mindset — able to distinguish a real signal from statistical noise.
Active, everyday use of AI tools in your actual work — LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for copy, research, analysis and automation.
You should be able to walk us through specific tasks you've made faster or better with AI, and where you chose not to use it.
Genuine enthusiasm for working with AI.
This is a team that experiments constantly; someone who treats AI as an occasional novelty will struggle here.
Fluent Arabic, both reading and writing — you'll be writing and reviewing Arabic ad copy, so conversational Arabic alone is not sufficient.
Professional English, written and spoken.
Reliable home working setup and stable internet; able to work GCC hours.
Nice to have: Experience in events, ticketing or entertainment.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience in e-commerce, travel or another high-velocity transactional category.
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery or SQL.
Experience running campaigns for GCC or MENA audiences.
Exposure to TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads or programmatic buying.
Hands-on with AI beyond chat prompts: generative creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway), AI-assisted spreadsheet or data work, custom GPTs, prompt libraries, or lightweight automation via Zapier/Make/n8n or scripting.
Comfortable using AI to produce and quality-check Arabic copy.
