Each participant will rotate through the six key disciplines on property, spending between 2 – 3 weeks in each discipline. Job Objective Implement and maintain an integrated and effective compliance system by holding the responsibility of defining the department strategy, approach, execution and adherence of the processes and inspection readiness.<br>Environment- Internal: All Internal Departments.- External: Relevant Authorities.<br>Key responsibility- Strategically contribute to the direction of Grifols Egypt compliance function and broader Sustainability objectives.- Deliver clear accountabilities spanning all elements of Grifols Egypt Compliance program, including business partnering, risk assessments, training, education, presentations, review of control measures, monitoring, auditing, and reporting.- Define and assess corporate goals and business strategies to identify Compliance policies for implementation such as: SOPs, new technologies and other processes.- Ensure policies, procedures and standards are up to date, aligned with global standards, accessible and fully implemented, with appropriate and trained policy, process and/or SOP owners.- Oversee and/or manage process development and communications to support efficiency opportunities, operating model evolution, and/or new technologies.- Develops and delivers compliance objectives in alignment with company objectives to ensure an embedded and streamlined approach to governance and assurance.- Oversee analysis, design, development and implementation of high-quality, high-value training and communication programs in alignment with functional area goals and initiatives.- Share the results of assurance activities with management and ensure adequate improvement and follow up on identified gaps, corrective, and disciplinary actions.- Lead compliance management and tracking for data management delivery, including deviation determination, documentation, liaising with QA and managing & closing CAPAs; report noncompliance as needed.- Cultivate a culture of ethics, integrity, inclusion, and diversity.- Serves as the primary contact for compliance and sustainability matters to the employees and management.- Translates questions and issues into concrete improvements in policies and procedures to simplify ways of working, strengthen our compliance program and sustain an ethical culture in all business units.- Collaborates optimally with and serves as a trusted partner for colleagues from the other business functions.- Uncompromising ethical standards, honest, operating with absolute discretion and confident in exercising independent judgment- Perform compliance audit on all internal functions and departments to ensure adherence to all internal operations and evaluate all procedures to maintain accuracy with all internal standards.- Act as Data Protection steward and fulfill all mandatory requirements by Data Protection laws in Egypt.<br>Academic experience required- A Master's degree in a related science field is required.<br>Professional Experience Required- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role in pharmaceuticals or a related industry.- 8 years' experience in a similar role in a related industry- Significant working experience in pharmaceuticals (or a related industry) and familiar with fast-paced commercial environments- Knowledge and experience of corporate governance, health care regulations, laws, and standards.- Exhibiting strong collaborative, partnering, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset and a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach.<br>Computing Skills- MS Office knowledge.- SAP experience is a plus.<br>Personal Skills- High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion.- Self-motivated, reliable team member.- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management as well as with peers.- Good planning skills, ability to solve problems of a challenging nature.- Strong Time management skills and adherence to timelines.<br>Languages- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.- Command of Spanish or other widely spoken languages is a plus
