Participate in the bidding process by providing accurate cost estimation Comply to the tendering policies & procedures Support Tendering Manager in the preparation of client requirements & proposal preparation information Support Tendering Manager in the pre-qualification bid stage in terms of quantifying cost factors, rates, materials and labour expenses Ensure product technical compliance with the client requirements’Collect information & verify updated market prices, new suppliers in alignment with the Procurement Department based on previously executed projects Prepare profit and loss report Prepare technical offers in alignment with Tendering Director Study and evaluate received subcontractors’ offers Estimate the project's cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost…etc. Negotiate with suppliers on the lead time, cost, and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy. Review/assess technical specifications, BOQ, and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers. Prepare subcontractors' and suppliers’ packages and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per project approved vendor list. Prepare proposals for technical and commercial offers.<br>Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering From 6 – 8 Years in a similar role. Ensure all work complies with design intent, NEC codes, and client requirements. Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
