<h4>Key accountabilities & decision ownership</h4>

<li>Provide strong support in the Datacom/CPN area at all technical levels of operation.</li>

<li>Fine tune the Datacom nodes to achieve smooth and high-quality performance.</li>
<li>Implement preventive software correction packages on Datacom nodes to solve network problems.</li>
<li>Secure the Datacom network elements.</li>
<li>Assess the need for suppliers' support intervention and follow up with suppliers regarding any Datacom network issues.</li>
<li>Provide Datacom technical support to internal and external customers and ensure their satisfaction.</li>
