About the Role This is a managerial leadership position. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and hold full accountability for the people, processes, and performance of the Gasket and Magnet Strip section. You will lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, and serve as the operational bridge between Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop production supervisors, technicians, and operators across both sections. Set performance objectives, conduct appraisals, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Train, mentor, and develop team members on SOPs, best practices, and new production techniques. Maintain a skill matrix for all production staff and use it to guide training plans and deployment decisions. Resolve workforce issues and maintain high engagement on the shop floor. Own daily, weekly, and monthly production output — volume, quality, and on-time delivery. Oversee shift planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling in coordination with the Planning team. Monitor and drive OEE, identifying and closing performance gaps; enforce first-production approval at shift start, model change, and after any unplanned stoppage. Minimize downtime through structured coordination with the Maintenance team. Enforce 4M change management (Man, Machine, Material, Method): track changes, and review risks. Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies; actively engage shop-floor employees in the suggestion system. Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process flow charts (raw material receipt to shipping, including rework/repair loops), and control plans linked to FMEA. Create and update Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify waste and improvement opportunities; support all improvements with statistical data. Ensure process FMEAs are updated at each product or process change; re-score after corrective actions and apply lessons learned horizontally across similar processes. Manage feasibility assessments for new production projects (capacity, manpower, equipment). Ensure all critical and special product characteristics are identified in SOPs, control plans, and FMEAs, and clearly communicated at workstations. Collaborate with Quality Control to proactively reduce defects, scrap, and rework across all shifts. Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 on the production floor at all times. Maintain permanent audit readiness across production documentation, workstations, and processes for customer audits. Lead corrective action management using 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why methods; ensure FMEA, control plans, and SOPs are updated after every major nonconformance. Enforce PPE usage, machine guards, and safety compliance across production areas. Track and report production KPIs (OEE, capacity utilization, CT, throughput rate, down time, scrap rate, on-time delivery, rework) to the Director of Operations regularly. Work cross-functionally with Planning, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality to align production execution with business goals. Participate in management review meetings; contribute production data, root cause findings, and improvement action plans.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in production or manufacturing management. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in PVC gaskets production or home appliance / refrigerator manufacturing is strongly preferred. Lean Green Belt certification required — Six Sigma Black Belt, CPIM, or equivalent is a strong plus. Proven track record managing production teams and driving measurable improvements in output, quality, and efficiency. Hands-on experience with OEE tracking, VSM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, control plans, and SPC (CPK/Ppk). Experience with customer supplier audits is a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and manufacturing compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production management tools. Excellent written and spoken English. Job Summary We are looking for a Incoming Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that incoming materials and supplier components meet quality standards before production. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards across manufacturing.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage supplier quality performance and incoming quality assurance activities. Perform incoming inspections and ensure non-conforming materials do not enter production. Record and manage inspection results using SAP. Job Vacancy: Deputy Maintenance Manager<br>Al Shaheen Trading & Industry is seeking to hire a qualified Deputy Maintenance Manager to join our team.<br> Requirements:<br>* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field).* 5–6 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance systems.<br> Key Responsibilities:<br>* Develop and implement annual preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all production lines and facility equipment, including shearing machines, presses, forming machines, welding lines, powder coating systems, ovens, ammonia units, air compressors, and related equipment.* Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure rapid response to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.* Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement root-cause solutions in coordination with mechanical, electrical, and automation teams.* Prepare detailed maintenance schedules for critical equipment such as presses, powder coating machines, conveyors, stacking systems, and ovens.* Coordinate with the Production Department to prioritize maintenance activities without affecting production schedules.* Monitor critical spare parts inventory, including motors, gearboxes, sensors, PLC systems, and bearings, ensuring adequate stock availability.* Supervise calibration programs and ensure the accuracy of measuring and control devices related to production and quality.* Implement and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance systems, including TPM and CMMS.* Monitor equipment energy consumption and work with relevant departments to improve operational efficiency.* Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering breakdowns, downtime, maintenance costs, completion rates, and team performance.* Lead, develop, and manage mechanical, electrical, and technical maintenance teams while assigning tasks according to priorities.* Ensure strict compliance with industrial safety standards during all maintenance activities.* Participate in plant expansion projects and new production line installations, including commissioning and testing activities.* Propose equipment upgrades and improvement plans to increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize breakdowns.* Develop annual maintenance programs and schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.* Monitor machine performance and analyze recurring failures to implement permanent corrective actions.* Coordinate maintenance schedules with production management to ensure uninterrupted operations.* Monitor spare parts and maintenance tools inventory and submit purchase requests when necessary.* Develop and update maintenance procedures and technical instructions in compliance with quality and safety standards.* Establish emergency maintenance plans to address critical breakdowns and reduce production interruptions.* Prepare and monitor the annual maintenance budget and analyze variances.* Supervise installation and start-up activities for new equipment in cooperation with suppliers and technical teams.* Follow up on training and development programs for maintenance technicians to enhance their technical competencies.* Prepare periodic reports for top management regarding maintenance performance, downtime, completion rates, and maintenance costs.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing production line efficiency.* Train newly hired employees and submit performance evaluation reports to the HR Department after the training period.* Ensure full implementation of Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures within the department and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.<br> Working Conditions:<br>* Working Hours: 8 hours per day* Working Days: Saturday to Thursday* Accommodation Provided* Transportation Provided* Social Insurance Provided* Medical Insurance Provided<br>How to Apply:<br>Please send your updated CV via Email Or Whats App to:<br>01080777203
