Observe and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or unusual incidents to the Security Supervisor immediately. Maintain continuous surveillance of all assigned camera systems during the shift without interruption. Record, document, and report all security incidents accurately and in a timely manner. Retrieve, review, and preserve CCTV footage when requested by authorized management or for investigation purposes. Ensure that all CCTV equipment, monitors, recording devices, and related systems are functioning properly and report any faults immediately. Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information at all times. Assist security officers by providing real-time information during emergencies, incidents, or investigations. Monitor fire alarm systems, access control systems, and other security monitoring systems where applicable. Ensure all CCTV recordings are stored and archived according to hotel policies and legal requirements. Keep accurate logs of incidents, equipment status, maintenance requests, and daily activities. Report any unauthorized access to restricted areas or suspicious behavior observed through the CCTV system. Coordinate with Security Supervisors and other departments during emergencies or security incidents. Comply with all hotel security procedures, emergency response plans, and safety regulations. Job Description Is responsible for the cleaning of all public areas, rooms, corridors, personnel changing rooms, restaurants, toilets in the lobby and public areas, and all administrative offices. When necessary, clean the rooms or floor corridors. Clean all of the hotel windows. Clean the carpets and mop the floors. Clean and treat the marble surfaces. Wipe the walls and ceilings and carry and arrange furniture. Vacuum and dust the curtains. Clean the chairs and carpets. Ensure maintenance and cleaning of the devices used in the public area, learn how touse these devices and use them. Carry material that the Housekeeping Department needs from the storage house or warehouse Empty the garbage in the general areas. When necessary, make up rooms. Immediately hand over any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office. Immediately report any suspicious persons or packages etc. to senior managers forsecurity purposes. Public area attendant working in the restaurants, bars, room and ballrooms areresponsible for vacuuming, shampooing and window cleaning.
