IT Infrastructure &amp; Security Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.</p></li><li><p>Monitor system performance to guarantee high availability, reliability, and optimal uptime.</p></li><li><p>Implement and manage robust data backup and disaster recovery processes.</p></li><li><p>Enforce IT infrastructure security protocols to comply with industry standards and internal regulations.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure scaling and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>2. Enterprise Applications &amp; Technical Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the functionality, integration, and performance efficiency of core enterprise applications.</p></li><li><p>Perform deep-dive problem resolution for complex hardware, software, network, and application issues.</p></li><li><p>Assist IT teams by extracting and analysing logs to expedite troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Work alongside developers, analysts, and vendors to update, maintain, and improve internal software.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Site Facilities &amp; Maintenance Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all onsite facilities and technical systems.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and enforce strict safety regulations and quality standards during all maintenance procedures on systems, IT assets, and physical hardware.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Service Management, Governance &amp; Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes through the IT Service Management platform.</p></li><li><p>Identify operational inefficiencies and participate in automation and process optimization initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the standardization of IT governance policies and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to junior IT staff members.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in application management or a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Extensive knowledge of enterprise hardware and software systems.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with network management and security practices.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</p></li><li><p>Giza Residents will be preferred </p></li></ul><p></p>
