<p>This is a managerial leadership position. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and hold full accountability for the people, processes, and performance of the Gasket and Magnet Strip section. <p>Intertrade is looking for a hands-on HSE Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the daily implementation, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities across our manufacturing facility.</p><p>Location: 10th of Ramadan City</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement and follow up all Health, Safety & Environmental procedures, policies, and requirements across the factory.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular daily and weekly shop-floor safety inspections and ensure unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are identified and corrected.</p></li><li><p>Maintain all required HSE documentation, records, registers, checklists, forms, and reports.</p></li><li><p>Conduct and regularly update risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) for factory activities, machinery, and work areas.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the correct use and availability of PPE and ensure employees comply with safety Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo modules, developing new modules and features, integrating Odoo with third-party systems, and optimizing database performance. The role also involves troubleshooting technical and functional issues, implementing system enhancements, managing upgrades and deployments, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with operational requirements. The ERP Developer will document technical designs, support testing and deployment, maintain code quality, and provide guidance on Odoo architecture, usage, security, and governance. This is a remote contract role. Qualifications Mandatory professional experience in Odoo ERP development, configuration, customization, and implementation. Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, workflows, security rules, access rights, and development best practices. Proficiency in Python, Postgre SQL, XML, Java Script, APIs, and Odoo development frameworks. Experience developing and customizing Odoo modules based on business and functional requirements. Experience integrating Odoo with external platforms, applications, payment gateways, APIs, and third-party systems. Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and business processes across functions such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Projects, and Human Resources. Ability to analyze and optimize business processes and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong database experience, including schema design, Postgre SQL query optimization, data migration, data integrity, and performance management. Understanding of system integration, workflow automation, and digital transformation concepts. Experience with Git, version control, testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines within a contract environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms may be considered an additional advantage, but hands-on Odoo development experience is mandatory.
