conducting regular shadowing, trainings, case discussions and meetings to enhance service quality in coordination with the MSAM and MSF psychiatrist.</p></li><li><p>Design curriculums for MHPSS groups (including psychoeducation, counselling and PSEC groups) and support staff with implementation.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the health promotion (HP) team, including cultural mediators, HP officers &nbsp;and supervisor to ensure proper implementation of activities related to MHPSS.</p></li><li><p>Support the development and implementation of, and adherence to, standard protocols for the care and treatment of people with mental health needs, together with MSAM.</p></li><li><p>Support the training of MSF and partner medical and paramedical staff on basic mental health knowledge and management with a focus on holistic care.</p></li><li><p>Carry out related administrative processes including ensuring proper data collection is done for all mental health activities, regular and ad hoc reports are completed and submitted, and needed resources and materials are requested.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>Bachelor of Psychology</p><p>Master’s degree or diploma in clinical psychology is an asset</p><p>Additional certification or specialized training in mental health or psychosocial support preferred</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>Minimum two years’ experience working as a clinical psychologist required</p><p>Experience providing mental health groups desired</p><p>Experience working in MSF or other NGOs is beneficial</p><p>Experience in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention is an asset</p><p>2 years’ experience working as part of a
