Job Purpose:To issue project schedules, in construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. Monitor the project progress to ensure that the project progress comply with the estimated base line schedule.<br>Roles and Responsibilities:<br>Assist in establishing and maintaining scheduling standards and procedures for some projects up to 5 projects. Assist site team Planning Section head and Planning Manager in preforming the base line schedule and the assigned the project resources in details for newly awarded projects including consistency of schedule, and matching company’s dictionaries. Assist Site team in preparation of Planning packages and enhancing the schedule before submission. Prepare Bi-weekly reports and Monthly reports presentations for projects. Supervise the project progress to verify that the updated schedule complies with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to management staff. Review weekly, and monthly progress reports about the projects and provide input to Planning Section head and Planning Manager. Take site team responsibilities as assigned by Planning managers to cover site fall down. Review close out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the newly awarded projects. Job purpose: Ensures effective project planning and monitoring by preparing schedules, tracking progress, analyzing risks, supporting claims, and updating forecasts, providing management with actionable insights for timely and successful project delivery. Main Responsibilities 1. Tender Planning & Summary Schedule Prepare and manage tender-phase schedules by supervising and coordinating the identification of key timelines, milestones, and critical deadlines, and issuing a comprehensive project summary schedule to support management review and informed decision-making. 2. Baseline Schedule Development Develop and present a detailed baseline schedule aligned with the approved scope and milestones, defining all activities, sequences, resources, materials, costs, and logical relationships for stakeholder review and approval. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports comparing actual performance to the baseline, including cash flow and material delivery updates, to the Project Manager and Consultant. 4. Internal Performance & Delay Analysis Prepare internal planning reports highlighting delays, deviations, and risks, recommend corrective actions, and submit to the Project Manager for proactive decision-making. 5. Participate in site meetings Define and coordinate project activities with the Client/Consultant and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with approved scope, milestones, costs, and logic, while supporting meetings and submitting required planning and progress reports. 9. About the Role<br>To ensure the issuing of project schedule whether in tender or construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. Establish and maintain cash flow for the project to be submitted to Tender Department. Prepare Schedule Narrative to assist Tender Department in preparing the method of statement for the project in tender stage. Prepare summary report for the project data like name of project, assumptions, estimated duration, issues and scope of work of this project. Prepare the schedule project file after submission of all the required data to Tender Department and prepare presentation for the project as required. Perform logistics plan for the project whether in tender or construction phases in coordination with Logistics Department. Prepare the base line schedule/recovery schedule and assign the project resources in details. Collect data from owner Bill of Quantity to issue the cash in to ensure the volume of work done correctly. Review & follow up the project progress to verify that the updated schedule comply with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and area of concern and provide analysis to the Project Manager and management staff. Issue daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports about the project and provide input to Management staff. Prepare close-out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the coming projects. Propose the recommended plan to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered. Issue and review the Schedule Narrative. Follow up the Productivity Team and issue the monthly reports for project rates.
