Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Section Head, based in Heliopolis. The Planning Section Head will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring efficient use of resources, and meeting project deadlines. Key tasks include managing planning teams, developing timelines, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project goals.
Qualifications
Project management skills, including developing schedules, allocating resources, and tracking deliverables Experience in urban planning, construction management, and green space integration Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities Proficiency in planning tools and software Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required Proven experience in a similar role, with the ability to work on-site in Heliopolis
