About the Opportunity
A leading international Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is seeking an experienced Senior Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join a prestigious mega development project in Ras El Hekma.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Perform regular schedule updates and monitor project progress.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and progress presentations.
• Review and evaluate contractor schedules.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple disciplines and project packages.
• Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
• Monitor project performance against approved baseline schedules.
• Collaborate with project controls, construction, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of Planning & Scheduling experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Previous experience within a PMC / Engineering Consultancy environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of: • Primavera P6 • Baseline Scheduling • Progress Measurement • Delay Analysis • Extension of Time (EOT) • Project Reporting • Schedule Coordination

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Experience working on mega development projects.
