Job Purpose The Information Security Manager – Egypt establishes, maintains, and continuously improves the information security and cybersecurity posture of Pay Tabs' Egyptian operations. The role exists for two complementary reasons:Regulatory necessity — to provide a designated, locally accountable security function that satisfies Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) cybersecurity and payment-sector oversight expectations, including local incident notification, reporting, and inspection readiness. Departmental support to the Group — to act as the local execution and assurance layer for the Group Information Security function, extending the reach of the Group Information Security Manager into the Egyptian entity by implementing Group policies, evidencing controls, managing local risk, and reporting upward.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Regulatory & Compliance (Egypt focus) Own cybersecurity regulatory compliance for Pay Tabs Egypt and ensure adherence to CBE cybersecurity regulations and the security/governance obligations applicable to payment service providers and payment system operators under the Central Bank and Banking System Law (Law No. 194 of 2020) and related CBE instructions. Maintain compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) in coordination with the Group privacy/DPO function. Prepare, maintain, and submit regulatory notifications and periodic reports to the CBE, including cyber incident notifications within mandated timelines. Coordinate and support CBE inspections, on-site reviews, external audits, and regulatory examinations managing evidence collection, response, and remediation tracking. Maintain a current mapping of local controls to CBE requirements and reconcile them against Group frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS). Governance, Policy & Standards Localize and implement Group information security policies, procedures, and standards for the Egyptian entity, adapting them to Egyptian regulatory and legal requirements where needed. Maintain the local control documentation set (policies, procedures, standards, registers) with proper version control and governance approval. Provide local input, papers, and reporting to the Cyber Security Committee. Risk Management Identify, assess, and track information security and cyber risks specific to the Egyptian operation; maintain the local risk register and feed into the Group risk process (ISO 31000-aligned). Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and residual risk for local assets and processes. Conduct and support third-party / supply chain security assessments for Egyptian vendors and service providers. Security Operations & Technical Assurance Oversee local implementation of technical and operational controls (identity and access management, vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, network and endpoint security) in coordination with IT and Group security. Coordinate vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation for in-scope Egyptian systems. Support PCI DSS scope maintenance, evidence collection, and assessment activities for the Egyptian environment. Incident Management Act as local incident coordinator; ensure cyber incidents are detected, triaged, escalated, and reported in line with the Group incident procedure and CBE notification requirements. Maintain local incident records, lead or contribute to post-incident reviews, and track corrective actions to closure. Awareness & Culture Deliver the Group security awareness program locally training, phishing simulations, and role-based awareness adapted to the Arabic/English needs of Egyptian staff. Reporting & Support to the GISMProvide regular, structured reporting to the Group Information Security Manager on local compliance status, risk posture, incidents, KRIs, and remediation progress. Support Group-wide initiatives, audits, and certifications as they apply to Egypt. Liaise with local IT, business, legal, HR, and internal audit functions on behalf of the security function<br>.<br>Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.7+ years of information security experience, with 3+ years in a financial services, fintech, payments, or otherwise regulated environment. Demonstrable knowledge of CBE cybersecurity regulatory requirements and the Egyptian payments/banking regulatory landscape. Working knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000. Familiarity with Egypt Data Protection Law 151/2020. Experience supporting regulatory inspections and external audit<br>s.<br>Certifications (Preferred) ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory. Manage day-to-day operations of servers, networks, and storage systems. Track, manage, and audit all hardware and software assets (ITAM) across the organization. Execute qualification activities for infrastructure components per GXP and GAMP 5 standards. Respond to infrastructure incidents promptly, ensuring MTTR < 2 hours. Implement infrastructure security measures, network segmentation, and patch management. Ensure 100% completion of scheduled backups and participate in disaster recovery drills. Support network connectivity, printers, shared folders, and corporate applications. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management. Assist in backup and restore operations and verify backup success. Install and support endpoint security solutions (e.g., antivirus/EDR). Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards. Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades. Train and enable end-users on how to effectively utilize core business applications and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office suite). Position Summary:The Information Security Lead is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving One Health's Information Security Program. The role serves as the primary operational owner of all information security, cybersecurity, risk management, governance, compliance, security operations, security architecture, vulnerability management, and incident response activities. The Information Security Lead will ensure that security controls, policies, standards, and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained across the organization while supporting business objectives and compliance requirements. Position Summary<br>The IT Manager is responsible for leading the organization's IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, End-User Computing, and IT Operations, ERP Basis Administration, and IT Projects leads, to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of technology services. The role is accountable for defining and executing the IT infrastructure strategy, maintaining enterprise security, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth through innovative technology solutions.<br>IT Leadership & Strategy<br>· Develop and execute the Infrastructure, Security, and IT Operations strategy aligned with business objectives and the digital transformation roadmap.· Lead, mentor, coach, and manage the IT Operations team.· Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and operational procedures.· Develop annual IT operational plans, budgets, and technology roadmaps.· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity. Infrastructure & Cloud Management· Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, and cloud services.· Ensure maximum system availability, resilience, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.· Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and asset lifecycle management. Cybersecurity & Risk Management· Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy.· Lead information security, risk management, audits, compliance, and incident response.· Implement firewalls, endpoint security, MFA, identity management, and vulnerability management.· Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and applicable local regulations.<br>IT Operations & Service Management<br>· Manage Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management processes.· Monitor SLAs and KPIs while improving end-user experience.· Maintain operational documentation and technical standards. Vendor & Project Management· Manage vendors, contracts, software licensing, and service agreements.· Lead infrastructure implementation, upgrades, and technology projects.· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Governance & Compliance· Support internal and external audits.· Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.· Ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance. Financial Management· Own the Infrastructure & Operations budget and optimize technology investments.· Monitor IT expenditure and provide regular management reporting.
