Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This position is responsible for coordinating IT projects from initiation through delivery, including organizing project tasks, tracking timelines, and maintaining project documentation. The coordinator will support project managers and technical teams, schedule and lead status meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure milestones are met. Day-to-day activities include communicating with stakeholders, monitoring project risks and issues, updating project plans and reports, and ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards. The role also involves assisting with resource allocation, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and helping streamline workflows to support successful technology outcomes. Qualifications Strong project coordination skills, including task tracking, documentation, and meeting facilitation. Knowledge of information technology concepts and familiarity with common IT tools, systems, and workflows. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify risks, and support decision-making. Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foundational project management abilities, including understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies. Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar) is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Experience in technology or software development environments is a plus.
