<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Senior Structural Design &amp; CAD Engineer</strong> to support structural design and drafting works for building and steel structure projects.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural analysis, shop drawings, and steel detailing, with the ability to coordinate between design and drafting activities efficiently.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>7 years of relevant experience</strong></li><li>Strong experience in <strong>building structural design</strong></li><li>Experience in <strong>steel structure design</strong> is highly preferred</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, and structural design software</strong></li><li>Experience in preparing <strong>Shop Drawings and Steel Details</strong></li><li>Good understanding of structural coordination and construction drawings</li><li>Experience in multidisciplinary coordination is an advantage</li><li>Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Sukari Gold Mine – Marsa Alam</li><li><strong>Work System:</strong> Rotation (15 days on / 15 days off)</li><li><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 12 hours/day</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Accommodation provided</li><li>Transportation provided</li><li>Daily lunch provided</li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Oversee and coordinate all on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Resolve technical and design issues that arise during construction, providing innovative solutions as needed.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for site operations.</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation of sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.</p></li><li><p>4 to 10 years of proven experience in Architectural Site Engineering or a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Construction Processes, Materials, and Architectural Detailing.</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, and Industry Standards.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in an office-based environment with regular site visits.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work full-time and commit to long-term projects.</p></li></ul><p></p>
