• Oversee and coordinate all on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

• Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

• Resolve technical and design issues that arise during construction, providing innovative solutions as needed.

• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for site operations.

• Support the implementation of sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 4 to 10 years of proven experience in Architectural Site Engineering or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Construction Processes, Materials, and Architectural Detailing.

• Excellent understanding of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, and Industry Standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience working in an office-based environment with regular site visits.
