<p>We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Beheira. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide first-line technical support for software issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.</li><li>Document incidents, solutions, and support activities.</li><li>Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.</li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations across the company.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</p></li><li><p>Develop and present financial reports and analyses to executive management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and accounting procedures.</p></li><li><p>Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking activities, and bank reconciliations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and analyze budget variances.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.</p></li><li><p>Supervise tax filings and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.</p></li><li><p>Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial processes.</p></li><li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce.</p></li><li><p>Professional certifications such as <strong>CPA, CMA, or ACCA</strong> are highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>10 years of accounting experience</strong>, including <strong>at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Previous experience in large agricultural companies and fresh produce export packing houses is mandatory.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.</p></li><li><p>Solid experience in agricultural cost accounting, inventory accounting, production accounting, and export accounting.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Lead and manage a team of more than 30 accountants, ensuring high performance, productivity, and continuous development.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Working Days:</strong> Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)</p></li><li><p><strong>The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar).The company provides single accommodation for employees relocating from outside the area.</strong></p></li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li><p>Lead and manage the Cost Accounting Department and oversee all cost accounting activities.</p></li><li><p>Design and develop the cost system in line with the nature of agricultural operations and export packing houses.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and calculate production cost, crop cost, packing and export cost, and analyze them on a regular basis.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and analyze cost reports and present them to executive management with the necessary recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, and analyze their causes.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the consumption of raw materials, labor, and operating expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the production, agriculture, warehouse, and procurement departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.</p></li><li><p>Develop cost-related KPIs and support strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Supervise periodic inventory counts and ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation and costing.</p></li><li><p>Lead and develop the Cost Accounting team and enhance its technical and professional capabilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h2></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, professional certifications such as <strong>CMA, CPA, ACCA</strong>, or equivalent are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of <strong>20 years</strong> of experience in cost accounting, including <strong>at least 8-10 years in a Cost Accounting Manager role</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Previous experience in large agricultural companies and fresh produce export packing houses is mandatory.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>agricultural costing, packing house and export costing, as well as industrial and production costing</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience in preparing and analyzing product cost, acre cost, crop cost, and operating cost.</p></li><li><p>Experience in preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and controlling costs.</p></li><li><p>Ability to design and develop cost systems and cost centers.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in using <strong>ERP systems</strong> and cost accounting software.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> and in preparing analytical models and reports.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to provide financial recommendations that support executive management.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to establish and develop a Cost Accounting Department from the ground up, building and leading a highly competent team of cost accounting specialists.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Working Days:</strong> Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)</p></li><li><p><strong>The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar).The company provides single accommodation for employees relocating from outside the area.</strong></p></li></ul><p></p>
