• Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations across the company.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Develop and present financial reports and analyses to executive management.

• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking activities, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and analyze budget variances.

• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.

• Supervise tax filings and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial processes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager.

• Previous experience in large agricultural companies and fresh produce export packing houses is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.

• Solid experience in agricultural cost accounting, inventory accounting, production accounting, and export accounting.

• In-depth knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Lead and manage a team of more than 30 accountants, ensuring high performance, productivity, and continuous development.

• Working Days: Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)

• The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar).The company provides single accommodation for employees relocating from outside the area.
