This role sits within Digital Sales &amp; Marketing and focuses on bridging user needs with effective design solutions through research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-quality interface design. The individual will contribute both independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment.</p><p><strong>What you ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms</li><li>Deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, from research insights to final UI compositions</li><li>Apply user-centred design principles using data and research to inform decisions</li><li>Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver product outcomes</li><li>Present design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members</li><li>Ensure design consistency and quality across all product deliverables</li><li>Organise and manage design assets and documentation effectively</li></ul><p><strong>what skills you will learn</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced UX research and user-centred design methodologies</li><li>Building and scaling design systems and style frameworks</li><li>Stakeholder communication and design presentation techniques</li><li>Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Application of emerging design trends, including AI-supported design tools</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced in UX/UI or product design, with approximately 5 years in a commercial environment</li><li>Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud</li><li>Able to translate concepts into wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes</li><li>Knowledgeable in responsive design principles across devices and platforms</li><li>Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and distributed team environments</li><li>Strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders</li><li>Holds a degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Brings a portfolio demonstrating applied UX/UI design work and delivered product features</li><li>Applies structured thinking to decision-making and problem-solving</li></ul><p>Not a perfect fit?
