Ensure that warehouse policy and procedures have been followed in all of warehouse movements including record all transactions on ERP system. Ensure the storage of items in a proper place according to nature of each item, with posting item code on each item. Review on a periodic bases to ensure that all inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfer, return, etc.) have been recorded on ERP system. Follow-up encoding for un-coded items with concerned departments. Follow-up with purchasing representative in project to release purchase order for purchased items through purchasing custody. Follow-up minimum and maximum policy for items which assigned to warehouse to follow-up them based on project manager instructions. Submit monthly reports to warehouse manager for items movement distributed based on each category (electrical, mechanical, civil, spare parts, etc.).
