مشغل حفر عميق<br> <br> <br>يقع منجم السكري على بعد حوالي 750 كم من القاهرة و25 كم من مرسى علم على ساحل البحر الأحمر. تم صب أول سبيكة ذهب في يونيو 2009، وبدأ الإنتاج التجاري في أبريل 2010، مما جعل السكري أول منجم ذهب حديث في مصر، وهي دولة كانت في العصور القديمة منتجاً غزيراً لهذا المعدن الثمين. تجري السكري عمليات تعدين في المناجم المفتوحة وتحت الأرض، حيث تستخدم كل منها طرق تعدين متخصصة مصممة خصيصاً لتناسب خصائص جسم الخام والمتطلبات التشغيلية.<br> <br>الموقع: في الموقع بمرسى علم. نوع العقد: دائم، دوام كامل. الجدول الزمني: نظام مناوبة 6 أسابيع عمل / 3 أسابيع راحة. التعويضات: راتب تنافسي وباقة مزايا شاملة.<br>الدور الوظيفي<br> <br>تشغيل معدات الحفر العميق الميكانيكية في مناطق الإنتاج تحت الأرض لحفر ثقوب التفجير وفقاً للتصاميم المعتمدة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحقيق الأمتار المخطط لها وجودة الثقوب مع تطبيق ضوابط الموقع الصارمة ومعايير العناية بالمعدات لضمان عمليات تفجير واستخراج خام آمنة ومتوافقة وفعالة.<br> <br> <br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br> <br>الفحص قبل البدء وجاهزية حفارة الحفر: إجراء فحوصات ما قبل البدء على حفارات الحفر العميق (مثل طرازات Sandvik/Epiroc) للتأكد من الأنظمة الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية والكهربائية وأنظمة السلامة. الإبلاغ عن العيوب وعزل المعدات عند وجود مخاطر. إعداد الحفر والتحكم في الفوهة: وضع وتسوية الحفارة على الفوهات المحددة وفقاً للخطط لتحقيق العبء والتباعد والمسافة المحددة مع تقليل الانحراف. تنفيذ حفر الإنتاج: حفر ثقوب عميقة وفقاً للأنماط والأعماق والاتجاهات المعتمدة. تحسين معايير الحفر (التغذية، الدوران، التدفق) للحفاظ على معدلات الاختراق مع حماية استقرار الأرض والمواد الاستهلاكية. التحقق من جودة الثقب: فحص عمق الثقب والانحراف وظروف الاختراق. تحديد ظروف الأرض السيئة، ووضع علامات/إبلاغ عن الثقوب المحفورة بشكل خاطئ أو الخطرة، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. تسجيل البيانات والتسليم: تسجيل الأمتار المحفورة، ومعرفات الثقوب، ووقت التوقف، واستخدام المواد الاستهلاكية في أنظمة سجلات الإنتاج/الإرسال. إكمال عمليات تسليم الوردية بالتفصيل. الصيانة الأساسية والنظافة: إجراء التنظيف الروتيني، والتشحيم، واستبدال الرؤوس/الأعمدة ضمن نطاق المشغل. الحفاظ على مناطق عمل نظيفة وخالية من المخاطر. السلامة والامتثال: تطبيق الضوابط الحيوية تحت الأرض (التحكم في الأرض، العزل/LOTO، التفاعل مع المعدات المتنقلة، وضوابط الطاقة). إكمال تقييمات المخاطر قبل المهمة والحفاظ على معدات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة.<br>المتطلبات<br> <br>الخبرة: أكثر من 15 عاماً من الخبرة التشغيلية الإجمالية، مع 10 سنوات على الأقل مخصصة لحفر الإنتاج العميق تحت الأرض باستخدام حفارات ميكانيكية في تعدين الصخور الصلبة ومنصة Epiroc Easer. التعليم والشهادات: شهادة المدرسة الثانوية (أو ما يعادلها) مع تدريب معترف به لمشغل التعدين تحت الأرض. يفضل الحصول على تدريب معتمد كمشغل حفر عميق. الخبرة الفنية: قدرة مثبتة على تفسير خطط الحفر، وتمركز الحفارة، وتحديد الفوهات، والتحكم في الانحراف، وتحسين المعايير، واستكشاف أخطاء المعدات الأساسية وإصلاحها. المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. اللياقة البدنية والطبية: يجب أن يكون لائقاً طبياً للعمل تحت الأرض، وقادراً على التعامل مع المتطلبات البدنية (المشي على أرض غير مستوية، التعامل اليدوي مع رؤوس/أعمدة الحفر)، والعمل في ظروف تشمل الغبار والضوضاء والاهتزاز والحرارة.
