Role Description The Online Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada. This position is responsible for managing online inquiries, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings through digital channels and direct communication. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, preparing tailored offers, updating online listings and promotions, and following up with potential clients to close sales. The role involves coordinating with operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate information on availability, pricing, and itineraries. The Online Sales Executive will also monitor competitor offerings, suggest improvements to online campaigns, and maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the company’s systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and basic understanding of sales pipelines. Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills to support digital promotions, online listings, and engagement across relevant platforms. Relevant qualifications such as experience in travel or hospitality, familiarity with booking systems, and fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) are beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Hurghada in a fast-paced environment are required.
