A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced&nbsp;Operations Manager&nbsp;to lead plant operations, maintenance, and safety performance in a continuous-process manufacturing environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead and manage daily operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.<br>Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, company procedures, and international safety standards.<br>Oversee maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance programs, shutdown planning, and asset reliability initiatives.<br>Monitor plant performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.<br>Develop and maintain operational KPIs and performance reports.<br>Support budget preparation, cost control, CAPEX projects, and operational planning.<br>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).<br>Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.<br>Strong background in maintenance management, asset reliability, and operational excellence.<br>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas, Energy, Industrial Gases, or other continuous-process industries is highly preferred.<br>Management of Change (MOC), and Permit-to-Work systems.<br>Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.<br>Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.<br>Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.<br>&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;<br><br>
