Key Responsibilities:Review design packages and prepare technical review reports. Prepare and submit RFIs as required. Prepare HVAC shop drawings and perform the required engineering calculations. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Propose and discuss technical solutions to optimize project execution. Manage technical submittals and secure consultant approvals. Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity survey reports. Prepare and update as-built drawings.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–6 years of experience in an HVAC Technical Office role. Proficiency in Revit is a must. Strong knowledge of Auto CAD, HVAC systems, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

To handle drafting project shop drawings, as well as coordinate drawings between different disciplines and assist site engineers clarifying and resolving any technical problem that could arise during the construction caused by designs. Roles & Responsibilities Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures. Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard. Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines. Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals. Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve. Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant. Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the consultant. Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.<br>Education/ Qualifications BSC Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical

Ensures the sorting of all daily activity reports in the Housekeeping Office. Protects the privacy and security of guests and co-workers. Answers phone calls promptly, following proper telephone etiquettes as trained and per the standards. Records all incoming calls, ensures all messages are disseminated and followed up accordingly. Handles all issues pertaining to Lost & Found - receiving, recording, storage, claiming and clearing. Updates and maintains all housekeeping files. Updates and prints out from the Opera system the room discrepancy report in morning and afternoon and ensures the submission of a copy to Accounts and Front Office. Ability to document inspection procedures, record test data accurately, and prepare clear, concise technical reports for cross-functional teams.
