مهندس دعم فني وتدريب (تكييف وتبريد RAC)مكان العمل: المنصورة (الدلتا) أو قنا (صعيد مصر)الشركة: LG Electronics Egyptنبذة عن الوظيفة: تبحث شركة LG Electronics Egypt عن مهندسي دعم فني وتدريب ذوي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق خدمات ما بعد البيع، لدعم منتجات التكييف والتبريد وتطوير الأداء الفني للفنيين ومراكز الخدمة، مع المساهمة في تحسين جودة الإصلاح ورضا العملاء. المهام والمسؤوليات: تقديم الدعم الفني المتقدم لفنيي ومهندسي الصيانة. تحليل الأعطال الفنية المعقدة وتحديد الحلول المناسبة. تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية الفنية وورش العمل. إعداد المواد التدريبية والعروض التقديمية الفنية. متابعة الأداء الفني للفنيين وتقديم التوجيه والتقييم. تحليل الأعطال المتكررة ومشكلات الجودة الميدانية. إعداد التقارير الفنية ورفع التوصيات للإدارة. التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لمعالجة المشكلات الفنية وتحسين جودة الخدمة. متابعة أحدث التطورات والتقنيات المتعلقة بمنتجات التكييف والتبريد. المؤهلات المطلوبة: بكالوريوس هندسة (ميكانيكا أو كهرباء). خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التكييف والتبريد أو الدعم الفني. معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف والتبريد وتشخيص الأعطال. مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل الفني. مهارات قوية في التدريب والتواصل والعرض. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office. يفضل الإقامة في المنصورة أو قنا للوظيفة. <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>

Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.<br><br>About The Role : <br>Responsible for managing daily hub operations, coordinating shipments, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth workflow and service quality in line with Bosta’s standards.<br><br>Job Code : <br>2026BOX-165<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>Receive inbound dispatches from the central sorting facility and categorize orders by geographic zone or delivery route Develop and communicate efficient daily distribution plans to allocate orders to assigned Drivers Serve as the primary point of contact for Drivers, providing real-time support to resolve operational issues and ensure route completion Manage the end-of-day process, including the receipt and reconciliation of all orders and documentation from Drivers upon route completion Monitor and audit Driver’s wallets, ensuring timely settlements and escalating any discrepancies or shortages to the fleet team Train, mentor, and onboard temporary staff and junior coordinators on standard operating procedures and best practices Proactively analyze workflows to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains Manage inventory control by coordinating the return transfer of canceled orders to the sorting facility after exceeding the designated 24-hour holding period at the hub Ensure precise operational handovers by preparing and sending formal communication to the sorting facility team, detailing transferred shipment counts, seal numbers, tracking data, and status<br><br><br><br><br>Job Qualification:<br><br>Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination, with a focus on bulky or oversized shipments Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, and Drivers The ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively Familiarity with shipping management software and tracking systems Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced work environment<br><br><br><br><br>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
