<p>نظرة عامة عن الشركة والوظيفة</p><p>نحن شركة متخصص فى توريد و تركيب المصاعد نؤمن بابتكار حلول تصميمية ذات كفاءة عالية و مناسبة تلبي احتياجات العملاء. نبحث عن مهندس تصميم ميكانيكي للعمل ضمن الفريق في محافظة القليوبية، يعمل على تطوير وتصميم مكونات المصعد وأجزاء ميكانيكية وفق متطلبات المشروع والمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة.</p><p>مسؤوليات رئيسية</p><ul><li>التصميم </li><li>إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية وقوائم الكميات وتوثيق المواصفات الفنية للمواد والتجميعات.</li><li>تحليل الأبعاد والتحقق من التوافق مع المواصفات الهندسية وتنسيق العمل مع فرق الهندسة الميكانيكية والإنتاج والاختبار.</li><li>إجراء اختبارات الأداء وتحليل النتائج وتقديم التوصيات للتحسين والتعديل.</li><li>مراجعة ومطابقة التصاميم مع متطلبات الجودة والاعتماد والتوثيق الفني للمشروعات.</li><li>إدارة التغيرات التصميمية وتحديث الوثائق الفنية وفق إجراءات التحكم في التغيير.</li><li>المساعدة في إعداد العروض الفنية والتقديرات وتقديم الدعم الفني للمشروعات والعملاء.</li></ul><p>المؤهلات والمتطلبات</p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.</li><li>خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنة في مجال الشيت ميتال.</li><li>إتقان جيد لبرامج التصميم الهندسي مثل SolidWorks، AutoCAD، ويفضل معرفة إضافية ببرامج تحليلية (مثل FEA) حسب الحاجة.</li><li>قدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والوثائق الفنية والضوابط التقنية.</li><li>اجادة التعديل بالمعادلات equation .</li></ul><p>المهارات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>مهارات تصميم قوية وتفكير تحليلي واهتمام بالتفاصيل.</li><li>قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتنسيق فعال مع الإدارات المختلفة والإنتاج والمشتريات.</li><li>إدارة الوقت والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط ومتابعة المهام من البداية إلى النهاية.</li><li>التعلم المستمر والقدرة على اقتراح حلول مبتكرة وفعالة من حيث التصميم.</li></ul><p>الفوائد والمزايا</p><ul><li>رواتب تنافسية فى زيادة.</li><li>فرص تطوير مهني وتدريب داخلي وخارجي حسب الاحتياج.</li><li>بيئة عمل احترافية وتشجيع الابتكار وروح الفريق.</li></ul><p>العمل من مقر المصنع بجوار دائري مسطرد</p>

<ul><li>We are a fast-growing online fashion brand operating a fully integrated supply chain:</li><li>Record and post all journal entries in Odoo (purchases, sales, manufacturing, payroll, expenses)</li><li> Raw Material Procurement → Raw-Material Warehouse (fabrics, accessories)</li><li>Job-Order Manufacturing → Dispatch materials & designs to partner factories</li><li>Finished-Goods Warehouse → Receive manufactured products</li><li> Sales & Marketing → Media buyers drive orders via social media platforms</li><li>Last-Mile Delivery → Bosta shipping company delivers orders to customers</li><li>Tech Stack: Odoo ERP | Shopify (e-commerce) | Bosta (logistics) | Egyptian e-Invoice portal</li><li><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></li><li>Record and post all journal entries in Odoo (purchases, sales, manufacturing, payroll, expenses)</li><li>Manage Vendor Bills and Customer Invoices within Odoo; reconcile payments</li><li>Monitor the Odoo-Shopify integration: ensure all Shopify orders sync correctly to Odoo accounting</li><li>Monitor the Odoo-Bosta integration: reconcile shipping fees, COD remittances, and delivery statuses</li><li>Manage inventory valuation entries for raw-material warehouse and finished-goods warehouse in Odoo</li><li>Process manufacturing/job-order cost entries (material issue, labour, overhead allocation, goods receipt)</li><li> Run and review Odoo periodic reports: Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow</li><li>Issue all outgoing sales invoices through the ETA e-Invoice portal in compliance with Egyptian Tax Authority requirements</li><li>Ensure correct taxpayer codes, line-item descriptions, tax rates (VAT 14%), and digital signatures</li><li>Monitor ETA portal for accepted / rejected invoices and resolve rejection errors promptly</li><li>Maintain a reconciled register of all e-invoices vs. Odoo accounting records</li><li> Prepare monthly VAT return data and support the senior accountant in filing</li><li> Match purchase orders, supplier invoices, and goods-received notes (three-way match) in Odoo</li><li> Process payments to fabric/accessory suppliers and manufacturing factories on due dates</li><li> Maintain supplier aging report and flag overdue balances to the controller</li><li> Reconcile Bosta COD (cash-on-delivery) remittance sheets against Shopify order revenues daily</li><li> Record returned/rejected shipments and reverse related revenue and COGS entries in Odoo</li><li> Follow up on outstanding COD balances and prepare weekly AR aging</li><li> Assist in monthly physical inventory counts for raw materials and finished goods</li><li> Reconcile system quantities in Odoo vs. physical count; investigate and journal variances</li><li> Ensure accurate COGS posting for each shipped order through Odoo's stock valuation</li><li> Maintain organized digital filing of all source documents (invoices, POs, shipping notes)</li><li> Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures</li><li> Support external audit requests by providing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation</li><li> Stay updated on Egyptian tax regulations and ETA e-invoice rule changes</li></ul>
