<p>Transportation Operations Supervisor</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Cairo and Giza<br><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Sector:</strong> Smart Transportation and Corporate Transportation Services<br><strong>Company:</strong> Trippix Smart Transportation</p><p>&nbsp;About the job</p><p>Are you a quick observer, organized, and love to stay at the heart of events?</p><p>Can you handle more than one situation at the same time, communicate with drivers and clients, and make the right decision under time pressure?</p><p>We at <strong>Trippix Smart Transportation</strong> are looking for a <strong>Vehicle Movement Supervisor</strong> to join the operations team and contribute to the management and monitoring of daily transportation operations for our corporate, school, and institutional clients.</p><p>This job suits you whether you are a <strong>fresh graduate looking for a strong start in Operations</strong>, or you have prior experience in transportation, logistics, customer service or operations and want to develop your career.</p><p>&nbsp;What will you do?</p><p>You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations and ensuring that every trip runs on time and at the specified place, with quick and professional handling of any emergencies.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor vehicle and driver movement and ensure adherence to operating plans and schedules.</li><li>Ensure vehicles arrive at gathering points and depart on scheduled times.</li><li>Monitor trips during operation and handle any delays, changes, or emergencies.</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with drivers and guide them during trips.</li><li>Coordinate with site supervisors and clients when needed.</li><li>Monitor absences and delays and substitute drivers or vehicles in coordination with the operations team.</li><li>Document and track operational issues and prepare required reports.</li><li>Ensure drivers comply with company rules, safety instructions, and service quality.</li><li>Monitor vehicle condition and report any faults or notes affecting operations.</li><li>Assist in preparing and updating trip schedules and routes.</li><li>Handle customer and driver complaints and feedback in a professional and swift manner.</li><li>Monitor operations during peak times and adapt to instantaneous changes efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure service continuity and meet the service level agreed with clients.</li></ul><p>????
