<p>Our company specializes in tracking construction projects and providing clients with accurate and comprehensive information.</p><p>Your primary role will involve visiting construction sites, collecting project data, and capturing clear, high-quality photos of the project identification boards on-site.</p><p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Visiting Construction Sites:</strong> Your efforts will focus on major cities within Port Said Governorate, as well as other active development areas in the region.</li><li><strong>Collecting Project Information:</strong> Gather essential details such as project type, construction status, and involved companies—including the owner, contractor, and engineering consultant.</li><li><strong>Capturing High-Quality Photos of Site Boards:</strong> Ensure photos are clear, accurate, and effectively showcase both the project and the site board in its entirety. All text, logos, and details (such as project name, developer, contractor, completion date, permits, and other visible information) must be fully legible. Unclear or blurry photos will not be accepted.</li><li><strong>Covering All Types of Projects:</strong> You are required to visit and document all ongoing construction projects, including:</li></ul><ul><li>Building Projects: Residential, commercial, shopping centers, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and more.</li><li>Energy and Water Projects: Power plants, water treatment plants, dams, pipelines, wells, and more.</li><li>Infrastructure Projects: Roads, bridges, railways, airports, ports, and more.</li><li>Industrial Projects: Factories, warehouses, logistics centers, industrial zones, and more.</li><li>Any construction project currently under execution.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Geographic Location (GPS):</strong> Accurately record the location of each photo using GPS coordinates via apps such as Open GPX Tracker (for iOS) or Geo Tracker - GPS Tracker (for Android).</li><li><strong>Uploading:</strong> Upload all captured photos to a shared Google Drive folder designated for this project, adhering to clear guidelines for file naming and folder structure.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in field research methods, including conducting site visits, gathering information, and verifying its accuracy.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of all cities within Port Said Governorate.</li><li>Mastery of using smartphone cameras to capture high-quality photos, along with familiarity with mobile apps for data transfer (e.g., Google Drive) and GPS services.</li><li>Ability to work independently and possess effective communication skills.</li><li><strong>Strongly preferred:</strong> Reliable transportation (e.g., car or motorcycle).</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of Vacancies: 2</li><li>Shift System: Morning only</li><li>Benefits: Transportation allowance, overtime hours</li></ul>
