نحن شركة رائدة في مجال الخدمات المحاسبية، ونبحث عن محاسب مالي محترف ومتميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا المالي في مقر الشركة بـ القاهرة. إذا كنت تمتلك الخبرة والشغف لتطوير العمل المالي، فنحن بانتظارك!المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية:• توجيه القيود اليومية - الاقفالات - التسويات البنكية- المطابقات وتسويات الحسابات (البنوك، الموردين، العملاء، والعهدد)• إدارة سجل الأصول الثابتة وحساب الإهلاكات الدورية.• التقارير والقوائم المالية: المشاركة الفعالة في إعداد القوائم المالية (قائمة الدخل، المركز المالي، التدفقات النقدية) طبقاً للمعايير المحاسبية.• الضرائب: إعداد وتجهيز الإقرارات الضريبية والتعامل مع الفحص الضريبي إن لزم.شروط ومؤهلات الوظيفة:• التعليم: حاصل على بكالوريوس تجارة (شعبة محاسبة) من جامعة معترف بها.• الأنظمة البرمجية: إجادة العمل على أنظمة الـ ERP (مثل: SAP, Odoo,Zooho Books, Oracle ) أو ما يماثلها.• المهارات التقنية: مهارات استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وتحديداً برنامج Excel• الموقع الجغرافي: أن يكون المتقدم من سكان منطقة الالف مسكن وماحولها .• السمات الشخصية: الدقة العالية، الأمانة، القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل، ومهارات تنظيم الوقت.المزايا والتعويضات:• راتب مجزي يحدد في المقابلة بناءً على الخبرة والكفاءة.• تأمين طبي وتأمينات اجتماعية.• بيئة عمل احترافية وداعمة للتطور الوظيفي.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي</li></ul>

المهارات المطلوبة :1. إجادة Microsoft Excel.2. التعامل مع أنظمة ERP مثل SAP أو Oracle أو Odoo أو Microsoft Dynamics.3. معرفة جيدة بالمبادئ المحاسبية.4. الدقة والقدرة على تحليل البيانات.5. مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت.6. مهارات تواصل جيدة مع العملاء والموردين.المهام الوظيفية : 1. تسجيل جميع المعاملات المالية الخاصة بالعملاء والموردين على النظام المحاسبي بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.2. مراجعة المستندات والفواتير والتأكد من اكتمالها وصحتها قبل التسجيل أو السداد.3. إعداد القيود اليومية المتعلقة بحسابات العملاء والموردين وفقًا للسياسات المحاسبية المعتمدة.4. إجراء المطابقات الدورية بين أرصدة الشركة وأرصدة العملاء والموردين، ومعالجة أي فروقات تظهر.5. إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بحركة الحسابات، مثل أرصدة العملاء، أرصدة الموردين، وأعمار الديون، ورفعها للإدارة المالية.6. المشاركة في إعداد الإقفالات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية والتأكد من صحة أرصدة الحسابات.       7. التنسيق المستمر مع الإدارات المختلفة (المبيعات، المشتريات، المخازن، والخزينة) لضمان صحة العمليات المالية.8. متابعة المستندات الناقصة أو غير المطابقة والعمل على استكمالها قبل اعتمادها.9.  الرد على استفسارات العملاء والموردين المتعلقة بالفواتير أو المدفوعات أو الأرصدة.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>
