<p>The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of ERP/Odoo solutions.</p><p>The role acts as the main point of contact between clients and VTS, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth and additional services.</p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> New Damietta</li><li><strong>Work Type:</strong> On-site</li><li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years</li><li><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong></p><p>• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned business clients</p><p>• Act as the main point of contact between clients and VTS internal teams</p><p>• Ensure client satisfaction through continuous follow-up and professional communication</p><p>• Handle client requests, updates, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner</p><p><strong>Account Growth &amp; Business Opportunities:</strong></p><p>• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs</p><p>• Follow up on proposals, quotations, renewals, and additional service requests</p><p>• Support business growth by understanding client goals and suggesting suitable solutions</p><p><strong>ERP / Odoo Project Coordination:</strong></p><p>• Understand clients’ business workflows, operational challenges, and system requirements</p><p>• Coordinate with implementation, functional, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery</p><p>• Follow up with clients during and after project implementation</p><p>• Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle</p><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Follow-up:</strong></p><p>• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and account status</p><p>• Track client requests, follow-ups, and business opportunities using CRM or internal tracking tools</p><p>• Prepare regular updates on account progress, client feedback, and pending actions</p>

<ul><li><p>Perform internal audits to evaluate financial and operational processes.</p></li><li><p>Review accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.</p></li><li><p>Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Support risk assessment activities and contribute to strengthening internal control systems.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Review and analyze financial and operational transactions through <strong>ERP systems</strong>, with hands-on experience in <strong>Odoo</strong> being highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate ERP-based workflows, approvals, and controls to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>3–5 years of experience</strong> in internal or external auditing, preferably within <strong>real estate development companies</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, financial reporting, and accounting principles.</p></li><li><p><strong>Hands-on experience with ERP systems</strong>, with <strong>Odoo experience highly preferred</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of ERP-based accounting and operational processes, including reviewing system transactions, workflows, approvals, and internal controls.</p></li><li><p>Experience in auditing or reviewing <strong>real estate financial and operational processes</strong> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Candidates residing in Damietta or nearby areas are welcome to apply.</p></li></ul><p></p>
