The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of shipments from suppliers’ ports to company warehouses while optimizing total landed cost, transit time, service levels, and operational efficiency. مسؤوليات الوظيفة: 1. استلام الشحنات الجديدة المغلقة في مغلفات بوسطة. 2. التأكد من كتابة رقم التتبع بشكل صحيح على المغلف باستخدام قلم التحديد من قبل المندوبين. 3. استلام الشحنات (الطلبات الجديدة) على النظام وإضافة أرقام التتبع إلى ورقة "استلام الشحنات". 4. ترتيب عمليات إرسال الشحنات يومياً وتصنيفها بناءً على عناوين التوصيل. 5. إضافة عمليات التحصيل النقدي وشحنات المرتجعات إلى مسارات المندوبين، وإرسال المسارات مباشرة إلى تطبيق المندوبين (Stars App). 6. استلام الشحنات غير المسلمة على النظام وفي ورقة الإنتاجية أيضاً. 7. الحصول على توقيع المستلم ورقم الهوية على الشحنات المسلمة التي لا تتطلب تحصيل نقدي (Zero COD). 8. الحصول على نسخ ورقية من الشحنات المرتجعة موقعة من قبل العميل التجاري. 9. مراقبة محافظ المندوبين والتأكد من إيداعهم لنفس مبالغ التحصيل النقدي التي تم جمعها بشكل يومي. 10. إجراء مكالمة تحقق بشأن الشحنات غير المسلمة أو "الملغاة" بشكل يومي. 11. إلغاء الشحنات المرفوضة على النظام. 12. تحويل الطلبات الملغاة بعد تجاوز فترة الاحتفاظ بها في المركز (24 ساعة) إلى فريق مرفق الفرز من خلال خاصية "التحويل إلى المركز". 13. إرسال بريد إلكتروني للتسليم إلى فريق مرفق الفرز يتضمن إجمالي عدد الشحنات المحولة، ورقم الختم، وأرقام التتبع مع حالة الشحنات. 14. أداء المهام ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة. المؤهلات المطلوبة: خبرة من 6 أشهر إلى سنة واحدة في مجال اللوجستيات، أو التجارة الإلكترونية، أو صناعة الشحن. الخريجون فقط هم المؤهلون لهذا الدور.
