APPOINTMENT SETTER, COLD CALLING, FULL TIME (REMOTE, EGYPT) Paid weekly in USD. Base plus uncapped commission.
If you can cold call US B2B decision makers in confident English, handle live objections without flinching, and book qualified meetings that actually show up, this role was built for you.
We are recruiting multiple full time appointment setters across Egypt. Interviewing now. You are paid in USD, and you are paid every week.
???? APPLY HERE, this is the step everyone skips ????Short form plus a video, about 15 minutes total. It's the fast track and how we decide who to talk to first.???? https://forms.clickup.com/9015614329/f/8cnypvt-31815/E7RERRZWLQ2KVXW9DJ
???? WHO WE AREStartupr is a startup focused operating company building outbound infrastructure for B2B companies. We generate pipeline for startups and growth stage businesses through direct outbound execution, mainly cold calling and appointment setting. We're scaling our cold calling vertical and need setters who deliver consistent, qualified meetings for our clients.
This is not a generic SDR seat. It's a specialized appointment setting role for someone who thrives on live conversations, controls a call, and measures themselves by booked meetings that happen, not dials.
☎️ WHAT YOU WILL DO- Run 300 dials a day on a power dialer we pay for, to US and international B2B decision makers across industries- Qualify prospects against each client's specific ICP live on the call- Handle objections confidently and turn skeptical prospects into booked meetings- Name a day and a clock hour on the call, every time. It is the one behaviour that separates a booked meeting from a maybe- Own what happens after the call. Confirm, remind, and reschedule the prospect until the meeting actually happens, then hand off cleanly to the client- Schedule qualified appointments directly on client or internal calendars- Log every call and outcome accurately in CRM (Attio) and your dialer (Trellus)- Join call reviews, script iteration, and feedback loops- Carry a second client campaign from week two, so one slow vertical never decides your month
???? HOW YOU EARN THE FULL TIME SEAT: A PAID TRIAL, PAID ON RESULTSYour first week is a trial, and it pays from day one. Every meeting you book that turns out qualified pays you $50. Not a flat fee for showing up, and not free work either.- Days 1 to 3: onboarding. Materials, a knowledge check, and a live role play with your team lead- Then 7 business days on the phones, with a power dialer, a built lead list, a script and daily call reviews- Your target: 2 verified meetings that fit the client's ICP. Hit it and the full time seat is yours from the following Monday, on the weekly pay schedule below- Nothing caps you in the trial either. Book four, you are paid for four- Book one and it qualifies, you are still paid for it. We pay for every qualified meeting you produce, whether or not you end up taking the seat- If the lead list or the tooling was the problem, that is ours and it is taken into account. You will know which list you are on, and why, before you dial it
A verified meeting is not a dropdown you tick. It is a live conversation on the recording, a prospect who matches the client's ICP at the time of booking, a day and a clock hour named on the call, and the invite sitting on the client's calendar through our process. Your team lead listens to the recording before it is paid.
???? HOW YOU ARE PAID ONCE YOU ARE IN (USD, weekly, uncapped)- $100 base every week, paid every Friday- Plus $50 for every qualified meeting, uncapped- From month three, after eight clean weeks: $150 a week and $75 per qualified meeting, paid monthly in advance
???? What that looks like in practice, USD per month:2 qualified meetings a week: about $8653 a week: about $1,0804 a week: about $1,3005 a week: about $1,5156 a week: about $1,730On the month three rates, 4 a week is about $1,950. There is no cap above any line on this list.
⚡ WHY THIS BEATS THE OTHER OFFERS IN YOUR INBOX- You are paid every week, every Friday, in USD. Not monthly, not net 30, not when the client pays us- There is a base, and once you are in it does not depend on how the week went. Most agencies hiring for this work in Egypt are commission only, so a slow week on a slow list pays you nothing- The commission on top is uncapped. Many agencies pay a flat salary with a hard ceiling. We don't cap you- Your rate rises on a published schedule at month three, not in a conversation you have to go and ask for- Real tooling, not your own phone and a spreadsheet. A power dialer (Trellus, Salesfinity or similar), built lead lists, client scripts, an ICP defined before you dial, and call reviews with someone who did this job himself. Proven performers move onto parallel dialing and cover far more ground per hour
✅ WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED MEETING (zero ambiguity) You get clear criteria with no guessing. A meeting is qualified when all three of these are true:1. The prospect fits the client's ICP, which we define up front for every campaign2. The meeting actually happened and they showed up3. The prospect showed genuine interest in the client's solution
Meetings that don't happen, prospects who don't fit, and calls with no real interest don't count. Because we define the ICP before you dial, there's never a debate about what qualifies.
???? THE WEEKLY STANDARD, SO NOTHING IS A SURPRISE- 300 dials a day on the power dialer we give you, five days a week. It is the one number entirely in your hands- 2 verified meetings in a week keeps you in good standing. What we are building toward is one a day, and that is what our strongest people aim at- A short end of day recap on your campaign after every calling block- Every Friday your week is reviewed with you: meetings, activity, and the calls themselves- If you are sitting at zero, you hear it inside that week, not at the end of the month
???? WHO WE WANT- Real cold calling experience booking B2B meetings, not just emailing, not just researching- Confident, natural English on the phone. You don't sound scripted or robotic- You handle rejection without losing momentum- You know what a qualified meeting is and won't book garbage to hit a number- You run your own day: organized, reliable, and consistent in a remote setup. You care about conversion, not dial count
???? REQUIREMENTS- Full time availability, five days a week, US business hours, which is the evening and night shift Cairo time- 1 or more years in appointment setting, 3 or more years in cold calling- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent, since you will call US decision makers- Reliable high speed internet plus a backup for power or connection, a quiet space, a quality headset, and a laptop- Comfortable at volume on a power dialer, or ready to pick one up fast- Comfortable with CRM and dialers such as Trellus, Salesfinity, Apollo, or similar
⭐ Strong plus: experience at Belkins, A-Sales, CIENCE, Sales Hive, Martal Group, Leadium, Callbox, Operatix, or any B2B appointment setting or cold calling agency.
???? WHERE IT GOES FROM THEREWe're building this team from the ground up. Proven performers get real options:- The month three package: $150 a week plus $75 per qualified meeting, paid monthly in advance- Priority campaign assignments and the best lists, based on output- Team lead and management roles as we scale the Egypt calling operation
???? HOW TO APPLY (the step that actually gets you seen) Fill out the fast track form: a short application plus a quick video so we can hear how you communicate. Fastest route to an interview and how we decide who to talk to first.???? https://forms.clickup.com/9015614329/f/8cnypvt-31815/E7RERRZWLQ2KVXW9DJ
