<ul><li><p>Collaborate with R&amp;D team to maintain an organized and up-to-date database of drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with factories and workshops, ensuring timely receipt and acknowledgment of drawings and manufacturing documents.</p></li><li><p>Regularly communicate with factory personnel to address queries and provide clarifications.</p></li><li><p>Support in overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production schedules under supervision and raise concerns about potential delays or issues.</p></li><li><p>Help optimize manufacturing processes with the factories and workshops for improved efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Work with the assembly team to resolve any issues and ensure smooth assembly procedures.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment with design specifications.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular checks to verify the quality and accuracy of manufactured parts and assembled units.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute inspection plans to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Identify and procure standard parts required for manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Document and report any non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Working days: 5 days, 9 Am - 5 Pm, Friday and Saturday off.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><h2><strong>Job Requirements</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>0-2 years of experience in mechanical production engineering, with a focus on supervising manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques</p></li><li><p>Proficient in CAD software.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.</p></li><li><p>Experience dealing with electronics components is plus.</p></li></ul><p></p>
