Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–7 years of experience in mechanical design, technical office, or presales roles. Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Good understanding of cooling load calculations and mechanical design principles. Ability to read and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Good command of English, especially technical writing. Good experience with Auto CAD and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of HAP, Revit, or similar software is a plus. Preferred Experience:Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects. Experience with HVAC and firefighting systems design. Assist in drafting and maintaining security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Coordinate audit activities and support evidence collection for internal and external audits. Monitor compliance with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and COBIT. Track security incidents, policy exceptions, corrective actions, and remediation activities. Prepare compliance reports, risk reports, and security documentation for management and auditors.
