Job Purpose:The Senior Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the Handover & QC function, ensuring that units and common areas are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and the M squared's handover requirements.<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>Review customer contracts, unit specifications, and approved modifications to ensure that all contractual and technical requirements are properly reflected in the delivered units.<br>Review and verify customer-requested modifications, upgrades, and special requirements against approved drawings, contracts, and applicable technical standards.<br>Coordinate with Construction, Design, Contracts, Customer Relations, and relevant subcontractors to ensure that approved customer modifications are properly executed.<br>Verify the implementation of approved modifications during technical inspections and prior to customer handover.<br>Identify any discrepancies between the contracted scope, approved modifications, drawings, and actual site execution, and ensure timely resolution.<br><br>Key Qualifications: <br>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or any relevant field.<br>3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate developer.<br>Previous experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate projects is preferred.<br>Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, finishing works, and MEP systems.<br>Strong experience in snagging, inspection, defect identification, and handover processes.<br>Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.<br>Strong communication and coordination skills.<br>Good command of written and spoken English.
