Plan, schedule, and manage daily site activities in alignment with project timelines and milestones. Supervise and monitor execution of Electrical works on site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings. Manage and coordinate subcontractors’ activities, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and contractual compliance. Deliver completed works to consultants and customers, ensuring proper inspection, testing, and approvals. Review and verify subcontractor invoices, work progress, and material deliveries before approval. Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to the Project Manager. Coordinate closely with Mechanical and civil site engineers to ensure smooth integration of MEP works. Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and project standards. Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and site challenges proactively. Monitor material usage, wastage, and site resources to control costs effectively.<br>Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Additional certifications in MEP, LV/MV systems, or project management are a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical site engineering within construction/MEP projects. Experience in large-scale construction or MEP projects is preferred. Proven experience in managing site execution, subcontractors, and project delivery. Experience in large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, and BMS integration. Solid understanding of shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation. Ability to manage and coordinate project activities efficiently on-site.
