Support structured change and release management, ensuring system changes are properly planned, controlled, and introduced with minimal business disruption. Coordinate release and go-live activities, including deployment planning, cutover preparation, implementation coordination, and post-release follow-up. Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test execution, tracking defects, and ensuring users are prepared for go-live. Maintain the integrity of development, test, and production environments, proactively identifying risks related to system configuration and data quality. Work closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to keep projects on track and address delays or quality concerns at an early stage. Maintain accurate and structured project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs, decision records, action trackers, and status reports throughout the delivery lifecycle. What You Bring Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is welcome; demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver IT projects is equally important.3–5 years of experience in IT project delivery, project coordination, or change and release management. Ability to independently manage project plans, risks, actions, and stakeholder communications. Familiarity with ITIL change management principles and structured release processes. Experience working with enterprise applications and coordinating deliveries involving multiple vendors and internal teams. Strong organizational and documentation skills, with a structured and methodical approach to project delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to keep diverse stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle. PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL 4 Foundation certifications are an advantage.
