<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان مديرية التربية والتعليم ببني سويف عن وظيفة موجه عام (مادة / نشاط)</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يختص شاغل الوظيفة بالإشراف على موجهي التخصص أو النشاط التابع له، والمساهمة في التنمية المهنية للموجهين والمعلمين والأخصائيين بالمديرية والإدارات التعليمية، كما يتولى إعداد الخطط ومتابعتها وتقويمها وتوجيهها طبقًا للسياسات واللوائح والمفاهيم الحديثة للإدارة. ويعمل وفقًا للمعايير الملزمة للأداء التعليمي لوظائف التوجيه الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية للباب السابع من قانون التعليم، وفي ضوء توقعات الأداء التي تحددها المعايير القومية للتعليم ويُقيَّم على أساسها، ويخضع للإشراف المباشر لرئيسه.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية</span></h3><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإدارة والإشراف</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على الموجهين الأوائل للتخصص أو النشاط.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الالتزام بالميثاق الأخلاقي وقواعد تنظيم العمل والمنهج الحقوقي.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التخطيط والمتابعة والتقييم</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد الخطة العامة للتوجيه الفني في مادة التخصص أو النشاط على مدار العام الدراسي.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة تنفيذ خطة التوجيه الفني بالتعاون مع الموجهين، وتقويم نتائجها لتحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنمية المهنية</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">عقد اجتماعات دورية لموجهي المادة أو النشاط لإطلاعهم على أحدث المناهج والكتب وأساليب التقويم والقرارات الوزارية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المساهمة في تطوير الأداء المهني للموجهين والمعلمين والأخصائيين وفق المستجدات التربوية.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">اجتياز برامج التنمية المهنية المؤهلة للوظيفة طبقًا لما تقرره الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف التوجيه.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة <strong>فوق المتوسط</strong> على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين مباشرة عند النظر في شغل وظيفة موجه عام (مادة / نشاط).</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء جميع الشروط والمهام الواردة بالقرار الوزاري رقم <strong>164 لسنة 2016</strong> وتعديلاته، وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم <strong>2297 لسنة 2022</strong>، والقرارات المنظمة للوظيفة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة بالاختيار من بين شاغلي وظيفة <strong>كبير معلمين</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشترط أن يكون المتقدم قد سبق له شغل وظيفة التوجيه الأدنى مباشرة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشترط خبرة لمدة <strong>ثلاث سنوات</strong> في الوظيفة الأدنى.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تكون مدة شغل الوظيفة <strong>ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة</strong>.</span></p></li></ul>
