قائد وردية مهندس زراعي – الإنتاج – تصنيع الأغذية. نحن نبحث عن مهندس إنتاج للانضمام إلى فريقنا في صناعة الفواكه المجففة بالتجميد.<br>المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في الزراعة، ويفضل في علوم الأغذية / الصناعات الغذائية. خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في الإنتاج، ويفضل في صناعة تصنيع الأغذية. يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في المنتجات المجففة بالتجميد. معرفة جيدة بعمليات إنتاج الأغذية وعمليات التصنيع. فهم جيد لممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) وممارسات سلامة الغذاء. مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والتحليل. مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي جيدة. القدرة على العمل في بيئة تصنيع. يفضل سكان الجيزة أو السادس من أكتوبر.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية: مراقبة أنشطة الإنتاج اليومية وضمان تحقيق خطط الإنتاج. متابعة عمليات الإنتاج وأداء خط الإنتاج. ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الإنتاج والجودة وسلامة الغذاء. التنسيق مع أقسام الجودة والصيانة والأقسام الأخرى. مراقبة كفاءة الإنتاج والهدر ووقت التوقف. إعداد تقارير الإنتاج ومتابعة سجلات الإنتاج. دعم التحسين المستمر وتحسين العمليات.<br>

Receive and log all tickets coming to the Service Desk.???? Provide first-level troubleshooting and support.???? Act as the first point of contact for customer issues and escalations.???? Route tickets to the concerned teams with all required details.???? Apply incident management procedures and policies.???? Own and monitor tickets until closure.???? Follow up on pending tickets and maintain ticket history.<br>???? Required Knowledge & Skills✅ ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent knowledge.✅ Familiarity with Service Desk procedures.✅ Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or Remedy.✅ Knowledge of Operating Systems.✅ Network troubleshooting and configuration skills (CCNA is a plus).✅ Knowledge of VMware and Citrix virtualization technologies.✅ Knowledge of Active Directory.✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.✅ Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage priorities effectively.
