Pumps & Rotary Equipment<br>Value Tech, a leading mechanical trading company with over 30 years of industry excellence, is hiring a Sales Engineer with proven field sales experience in pumps and rotary equipment.<br>This role is suited for a commercially driven mechanical engineer who can manage the full sales cycle, develop structured client relationships, and convert technical opportunities into closed business. هدف الوظيفة: إصدار جداول المشروع، في مرحلة الإنشاء باستخدام أنسب منهجية تخطيط. مراقبة تقدم المشروع لضمان توافق تقدم المشروع مع خط الأساس التقديري. <br>الأدوار والمسؤوليات:<br>المساعدة في وضع معايير وإجراءات الجدولة وصيانتها لبعض المشاريع حتى 5 مشاريع. المساعدة في رئيس قسم التخطيط بفريق الموقع والمدير التخطيط في إعداد خط الأساس وتوزيع موارد المشروع بالتفصيل للمشاريع الممنوحة حديثاً بما في ذلك اتساق الجدول والتطابق مع مفردات الشركة. مساعدة فريق الموقع في إعداد حزم التخطيط وتعزيز الجدول قبل التقديم. إعداد تقارير نصف شهرية وعروض تقارير شهرية للمشروعات. supervision تقدم تقدم المشروع للتحقق من أن الجدول المحدث يتوافق مع خط الأساس المعتمد وتسليط الضوء على القضايا الحرجة وتقديم تحليل لإدارة الفريق. مراجعة تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية عن المشاريع وتقديم المساهمة لرأس قسم التخطيط والمدير التخطيطي. تولي مسؤوليات فريق الموقع كما يحددها مديرو التخطيط لتغطية انهيار الموقع. مراجعة تقرير الإغلاق بالتنسيق مع فريق المشروع ليكون مرجعاً للشركة للمشروعات الممنوحة حديثاً. اقتراح خطة علاج لإكمال جدول المشروع لضمان تغطية القضايا والافتراضات الحرجة.<br>المؤهلات والمتطلبات الدنيا:<br>التعليم/ المؤهلات: بكالوريوس هندسة (يفضل المدني أو الميكانيكي أو Architecture) شهادة مهنية: يُفضل دورات إدارة الوقت خبرة العمل: 7–12 سنة خبرة في مجال ذي صلة اللغة: إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية المهارات الحاسوبية: ميكروسوфт أوفيس، أوتوكاد (معرفة جيدة) بريمڤيرا P6 EPPM، عميل
