Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Mechanical QC Engineer based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Junior Mechanical QC Engineer will assist in inspecting mechanical components, assemblies, and installations to ensure they meet technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting routine quality checks, documenting inspection results, supporting root-cause analysis of defects, and coordinating with production and engineering teams to resolve nonconformities. The role also involves participating in the implementation of quality procedures, maintaining inspection records, and contributing to continuous improvement activities on the shop floor. The engineer will collaborate closely with senior engineers and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Qualifications
Previous internship or 0–3 years of experience in mechanical quality or production engineering is preferred. Developed Analytical Skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications, analyze test results, identify trends, and support root-cause and corrective action activities. Effective Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, clearly document findings, and report issues to supervisors and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment.
