مهندس عمليات – غذاء / تبغ / منتجات استهلاكية سريعة التداولملخص الوظيفة مسئول عن تحسين عمليات التصنيع، تحسين كفاءة الإنتاج، تقليل النفايات وتكاليف التشغيل، وضمان جودة المنتج باستمرار والامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة واللوائح. يتعاون الدور عن كثب مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والصيانة والبحث والتطوير وسلسلة الإمداد والهندسة لتحسين أداء المصنع وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر. المسؤوليات الأساسية مراقبة وتحسين عمليات الإنتاج لتحسين OEE والإنتاجية ومعدل العائد والجودة وكفاءة الخط. تحليل بيانات الإنتاج وتحديد عنق الزجاجة، فقدان العملية، فترات التوقف، وفرص التحسين. تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، معايير العملية، تعليمات العمل، وخطط التحكم في العملية. قيادة مشاريع التحسين المستمر باستخدام Lean Manufacturing وSix Sigma وKaizen و5S وتقنيات تحليل السبب الجذري. إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري، FMEA، CAPA، وتقييمات مخاطر العمليات للمشاكل الإنتاجية والجودة. تحسين استهلاك المواد الخام، استخدام الطاقة، استهلاك المياه، استغلال القوى العاملة، وتكاليف الإنتاج. دعم إطلاق منتجات جديدة، تجارب المنتج، التحقق من العملية، وأنشطة التصعيد. إنشاء والحفاظ على معلمات عملية حاسمة والتأكد من بقاء عمليات الإنتاج ضمن المواصفات المحددة. العمل مع فرق الصيانة والهندسة لتحسين موثوقية الآلات وتقليل فترات التوقف غير المخطط لها. دعم التثبيت والتشغيل والتأهيل وتعديل معدات الإنتاج وخطوط العمليات. التأكد من الامتثال لـ GMP وHACCP وسلامة الغذاء والسلامة المهنية والبيئة ومعايير الشركة، عند الاقتضاء. التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء والانحرافات الداخلية في الجودة المتعلقة بعمليات التصنيع. إعداد تقارير العملية ومؤشرات الأداء KPIs للإنتاج وتقارير التحسين والوثائق الفنية. تدريب موظفي الإنتاج على تحسين العمليات وSOPs ومعايير تشغيل المعدات. المشاركة في التدقيقات وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التصحيح الوقائي والفعّال. المسؤوليات الخاصة بالصناعة الغذاء والشرابOptimize عملية الخلط والطهي والتعبئة والتغليف والتعقيم والتطهير وعمليات CIP. مراقبة نقاط التحكم الحرجة ومعلمات العملية المتعلقة بسلامة الغذاء. تحسين العائد واتساق الوصفة وسرعة الخط وجودة المنتج. التبغOptimize معالجة التبغ والمزج والتكييف والتقطيع والتجفيف وتصنيع السجائر/المستهلكات. مراقبة الرطوبة والكثافة والوزن والأبعاد ومعلمات المنتج الحرجة الأخرى. تحسين استخدام المواد وكفاءة الآلة واتساق المنتج. المنتجات الاستهلاكية سريعة التداولOptimize خطوط الإنتاج والتعبئة عالية السرعة. تحسين أوقات التبديل باستخدام SMED وتقليل فقد المواد/المنتجات. دعم الأتمتة وتوازن الخط وتحسين السعة ومشاريع خفض التكاليف. مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) OEE وتوافر المعدات وكفاءة الإنتاج والإنتاجية ومعدل العائد وهدر المواد والوقت اللازم للتغيير. استهلاك الطاقة والمرافق وتكاليف الوحدة. الانحرافات النوعية للمنتج وشكاوى العملاء وتوفير التحسين المستمر. المؤهلات النموذجية درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو الغذاء أو التصنيع أو العمليات. خبرة في الغذاء والشراب، التبغ، المنتجات الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول، التغليف، أو بيئات تصنيع عالية الحجم. معرفة بمفاهيم Lean Manufacturing ومنهجيات التحسين المستمر. مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات وتحسين العمليات. إلمام بأنظمة ERP/MES وتحليل بيانات الإنتاج ميزة.
