We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components across a diverse range of projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive engineering excellence from concept to production. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components using CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Auto CAD, Revit, or similar). Perform advanced feasibility studies, simulations, and analyses to ensure compliance with performance specifications, cost targets, and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project management to deliver integrated and optimized solutions. Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed engineering documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOM). Guide prototype testing and validation activities; refine designs based on test data and stakeholder feedback. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex design and production issues effectively and efficiently. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and materials to enhance product innovation. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, supporting their development and growth. Contribute to project planning and risk management, and assist in ensuring timely project delivery. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong advantage. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical design engineering specially in HVAC. High proficiency in CAD tools such as Solid Works, CATIA, Auto CAD, and Revit. Deep understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on innovation and quality. Proven experience in leading technical teams and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary environment. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
