Role Description The Mechanical Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for supervising site execution, preparing technical shop drawings, and conducting quantity surveying for mechanical systems (MEP) within high-end interior fit-out projects. Qualifications:Supervise mechanical site execution (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Drainage). Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings and coordinate with architectural designs. Perform mechanical quantity surveying (QS / Quantity Take-off) for invoices and material procurement. Monitor subcontractor progress, quality, and safety on-site. Resolve technical site issues and handle consultant comments. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects. Strong experience in Mechanical Shop Drawings. Solid knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems. Very good command of Auto CAD.
