We’re Hiring: Quality Control Engineer Company: Al-Khaleej for Industrial Engineering Location: Sohag, Egypt Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Al-Khaleej for Industrial Engineering is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to maintain high standards of product quality, process reliability, and operational performance. Mandatory Requirements A minimum of 5 years of proven, relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Candidates must provide clear evidence of their experience through their CV and employment history. Candidates must currently live in Sohag or be willing and able to relocate to Sohag before starting the role. This is a fully on-site position in Elkawther, Sohag. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. Applications that do not meet the experience and location requirements will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities. Lead or support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. Prepare accurate inspection records, quality reports, and performance summaries. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Participate in internal and external audits. Apply quality tools such as control charts, checklists, Pareto analysis, and cause-and-effect diagrams. Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 5 years of directly relevant Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience. Strong practical experience in inspection, testing, and production-process monitoring. Experience investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Familiarity with relevant quality standards, documentation requirements, and industrial safety practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We are looking for a Senior Site Planning Engineer to join our High Speed Train Station project in Sohag.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare and update baseline, revised, and recovery schedules based on actual site progress and mitigation plans. Track project progress, identify schedule variances, critical path impacts, and recommend appropriate recovery actions. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and other project control reports. Prepare delay analysis and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Monitor project milestones, contractual requirements, resource utilization, and overall schedule performance. Coordinate with the Project Manager and different project disciplines to ensure alignment with strategic project targets. Coordinate with site, technical office, procurement, and other project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and identify potential risks. Review and monitor subcontractors’ baseline and updated schedules and assess their impact on the project master schedule. Monitor subcontractors’ performance indicators and highlight any deviations or delays. Support project cash flow, invoicing, and other project controls activities when required. Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, reporting requirements, and project control procedures.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.4–7 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls. Experience in railway stations, infrastructure, transportation, or similar large-scale projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource loading, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and delay analysis. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6. Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office; Advanced Excel is a plus. Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in EOT claims and delay analysis is highly preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
