<p>ملخص الوظيفة: ترحيب الضيوف وتوديعهم إلى غرفهم. فتح الأبواب ومساعدة الضيوف/الزوار عند الدخول والخروج من الممتلكات. إبلاغ الضيوف بمرافق وخدمات ومواعيد العمل ومناطق الاهتمام والأنشطة المحلية. التعريف بشرح ميزات الغرفة للضيوف (مثلاً استخدام مفتاح الغرفة، الميني بار، مناطق الثلج وبيع المشروبات الآلية، الخزنة داخل الغرفة، خدمات غسيل السيارات). نقل أمتعة الضيوف إلى ومن غرف الضيوف و/أو منطقة التكليم المعينة. المساعدة في تخزين واسترداد الأمتعة. مساعدة الضيوف/الزوار عند الخروج والدخول من المركبات، بما في ذلك مساعدة الضيوف في تحميل/تفريغ الأمتعة. تزويد الضيوف بالاتجاهات. ترتيب وسائل النقل (مثلاً سيارة الأجرة، حافلة النقل، خدمة الليموزين/السيدان) للضيوف/الزوار، وتسجيل طلب النقل المسبق عند الحاجة. إيصال إجراءات الوقوف للضيوف/الزوار. الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة وإبلاغ المدير عن الحوادث والإصابات وظروف العمل غير الآمنة. المحافظة على وعي بالموجودين غير المرغوب فيهم على أملاك المؤسسة. التأكد من أن الزي والمظهر الشخصي نظيفان ومهنيان والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الملكية. الترحيب بالضيوف والاعتراف بهم، توقع وتلبية احتياجات خدمة الضيوف، مساعدة الأفراد من ذوي الإعاقة، وشكر الضيوف بتقدير حقيقي. التحدث مع الآخرين بلغة واضحة ومهنية والرد على الهواتف باستخدام آداب الاتصالات المناسبة. تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية مع الآخرين. الامتثال لتوقعات ومعايير ضمان الجودة. قراءة والتحقق بصرياً من المعلومات في مجموعة من التنسيقات (مثلاً النص الصغير). التحرك بسرعة مناسبة للاستجابة لعمليات العمل (مثلاً الجري، المشي، الركض). الوقوف، الجلوس، أو المشي لفترة طويلة أو طوال فترة العمل. التحريك، رفع، حمل، دفع، سحب، ووضع أشياء يزن وزنها أقل من أو يساوي 50 رطلاً دون مساعدة وأشياء تفوق 75 رطلاً بمساعدة. عبور الأسطح المنحدرة وغير المستوية والزلقة وكذلك النزول والارتفاع في السلالم و/أو منحدرات الخدمة. الوصول العلوي وتحت الركبة، بما في ذلك الإنحاء، الالتواء، السحب، والانحناء. أداء واجبات وظيفية معقولة أخرى كما يطلبها المشرفون.</p><p><strong>المرشح المثالي</strong></p><p>التعليم: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها من GED.<br>الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة: لا خبرة عملية ذات صلة.<br>الخبرة الإشرافية: لا خبرة إشرافية.<br>الرخصة أو الشهادة: لا شيء</p>
