Role: Lead complex engineering projects and provide technical leadership. Responsibilities:* Design scalable, high-performance systems.* Solve complex technical issues.* Review designs and ensure standards compliance.* Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business goals.* Improve processes through automation and Dev Ops.* Mentor and support junior engineers. Requirements:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.* 7–10+ years of technical engineering experience.* Strong expertise in system design, databases, cloud, or specialized engineering.* Experience with Agile/Scrum, Dev Ops, and testing frameworks.* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
