Excellent level of English fluency with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>Key Responsibilities Produce accurate and comprehensive shop drawings and technical construction documentation in accordance with project requirements, approved design concepts, and industry standards. Prepare detailed drawings for layouts, ceilings, flooring, joinery, furniture, fixtures, signage, and other interior fit-out elements. Interpret and review architectural, structural, and design drawings to identify potential clashes, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is maintained. Coordinate and update drawing packages throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating revisions and responding to site conditions as required. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and project milestones. Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, local regulations, and relevant building codes. Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions, approvals, and project documentation. Liaise with project managers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to support the successful delivery of projects. Review site measurements and coordinate technical information to ensure drawings accurately reflect site conditions. Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and suppliers that align with project specifications, design intent, quality standards, and budget requirements.<br>What We Offer Competitive salary.
