The role will be based in West Cairo – Sheikh Zayed. Flexibility and a willing attitude are vital.

Successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the operations of a property

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Fit-Out Management & Oversight

Execute and maintain robust Tenant Coordination processes, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to design, construction, and life safety requirements. This involves actively implementing established guidelines, refining existing workflows, and ensuring that all stages of a tenant's fit-out, from initial design submission to final construction, meet the property's exacting standards for aesthetics, functionality, and, most critically, the safety of all occupants and visitors. Manage, plan, record, and direct the RDD department, ensuring all business requirements are met and services are provided effectively. This encompasses strategic planning for departmental operations, allocating resources efficiently, meticulously documenting all project progress and decisions, and leading the team to ensure that all tenant coordination tasks are completed on time and to the required quality, thereby supporting the broader business objectives. Direct and manage the tenant plan check and permit processes. This includes overseeing the thorough review of all tenant design and construction plans against local codes, property guidelines, and technical specifications, as well as guiding tenants through the necessary steps to secure all required permits and approvals from relevant authorities, ensuring legal compliance and smooth execution. Supervise all tenant construction projects, including consultants and contractors. This responsibility entails active on-site and off-site oversight of all construction activities undertaken by tenants' appointed contractors and consultants, ensuring work quality, adherence to approved plans, safety protocols, and progress according to established schedules. Oversee all tenant tie-ins to landlord systems. This involves meticulous coordination and supervision of the connections between the tenant's installed services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression) and the core building's infrastructure, ensuring proper integration, compatibility, and compliance with all technical and safety standards of the property's base building systems. Close-out tenant construction projects by compiling and submitting all necessary legal documents (e.g., fees, charges, lien waivers, balance reports, as-builts) for allowance returns. This final phase involves a comprehensive collection and verification of all project-related documentation, financial records, and certifications required to formally close out the tenant's construction file, facilitating the accurate processing and returning of any tenant’s allowances as stipulated in their lease agreement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

Collaborate closely with Property Management, Operations, and Leasing teams to streamline tenant construction and facilitate timely project completion. This requires active communication and coordination with these critical internal departments to ensure that tenants fit-outs align with overall property operations, leasing agreements, and management strategies, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a seamless transition for new tenants. Work with the Leasing team to support tenants fit-out requirements and build strong relationships. This includes providing technical expertise during the leasing negotiation phase, advising on potential fit-out challenges or opportunities, and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure tenant expectations regarding their space's build-out are accurately set and met. Provide essential support to the RDD Senior Manager for assigned special tasks. This involves assisting with strategic initiatives, conducting research, preparing reports, or taking on specific project components as directed by the Senior Manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness and objectives of the RDD department. Coordinate actively with MEP teams to ensure smooth unit inspections and alignment with fit-out timelines. This responsibility involves scheduling and facilitating inspections by Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) specialists, addressing any findings promptly, and ensuring that MEP works are seamlessly integrated into the overall fit-out schedule to prevent delays and ensure systems compliance. Work hand-in-hand with scheme personnel and all internal departments involved in Savills' project consultancy scope to review tenant drawings and coordinate construction. This emphasizes a collaborative approach across various specialized internal teams within Savills, ensuring that all aspects of tenant drawings are reviewed comprehensively from different expert perspectives, and that construction efforts are synchronized across all consultancy projects managed by Savills.

Design & Standards Compliance

Ensure timely integration with base building works to facilitate smooth project execution. This means carefully monitoring the progress of the core building construction or renovation to ensure that necessary interfaces and dependencies for tenant fit-outs are completed on schedule, allowing tenants to begin their work without delays caused by base building readiness. Review tenant design packages for compliance with property guidelines. This is a critical step where all architectural, interior design, and technical drawings submitted by tenants are rigorously checked against the established design criteria, material specifications, and aesthetic guidelines of the property to maintain a cohesive and high-quality environment. Maintain and enforce company technical specifications, updating property guidelines based on evolving needs and international retail standards. This involves not only ensuring adherence to current technical documents but also proactively reviewing, revising, and implementing updates to these specifications and property design guidelines to reflect best practices, technological advancements, and emerging international retail trends, ensuring the property remains competitive and modern.

Project Planning & Financials

Establish conceptual budgets for tenant projects involving landlord work. This entails developing preliminary cost estimates for any construction or modification work that the landlord (Arkan/Savills) is responsible for within a tenant's space, providing a financial framework for these specific project components. Coordinate any changes to the base building design with the construction team. This involves liaising with the core construction team to communicate and integrate any necessary modifications to the building's structural, mechanical, or architectural elements that may arise due to tenant-specific requirements or unforeseen conditions, ensuring all changes are properly documented and executed. Maintain a comprehensive and ongoing project tenant schedule. This involves creating, updating, and distributing detailed timelines for each tenant's fit-out project, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure all projects progress efficiently and are completed within stipulated timeframes.

Documentation & Communication

Maintain master copies of all tenant-related documents, including tenant criteria handbooks and contractor rules/regulations. This ensures that a centralized, up-to-date repository of all critical operational and procedural documents is available, serving as an authoritative reference for tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to provide practical solutions to complex issues. This highlights the need for effective verbal and written communication to articulate requirements, address concerns, negotiate solutions, and mediate disputes. It also emphasizes a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset to navigate the often-complex challenges inherent in tenant fit-out projects.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture. Project Overview Our customer’s Creative Factory is a growing team of specialists across creative, production, and coordination functions, supporting market teams and business stakeholders across a global footprint. The Creative Agency Operations Manager will report directly to the Global Marketing Creative Operations Lead and work alongside the Creative Director as part of the Creative Factory’s leadership core.
The operating model is Jira-based and sprint-driven, with internal clients across multiple markets. As the in-house agency expands and workstreams become increasingly complex, this role will own and continuously improve the daily operations, processes, workflows, and resource management practices that enable the Creative Factory to achieve its ambition of becoming the agency of choice for the organization.
Key Responsibilities Workflow & Intake Management Own the end-to-end project workflow, including intake, scoping, scheduling, production, delivery, close-out, and feedback. Ensure every request follows a structured and predictable path through Jira, with accurate documentation at each stage. Triage and prioritize incoming briefs based on capacity, urgency, business impact, and strategic importance. Establish and manage a fast-track process for straightforward, quick-turnaround work, enabling small budgets and rapid timelines without compromising quality. Identify workflow gaps and proactively implement improvements. Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as the operational bridge between the project management and creative teams, balancing priorities, expectations, and capacity. Negotiate priorities and timelines between creative specialists, project managers, and internal stakeholders. Remove operational overhead from designers, developers, editors, strategists, and other creative specialists so they can focus on delivering high-quality work. Act as the primary operational point of contact for external creative vendors, including freelance designers, agencies, and copywriters. Build trusted and collaborative relationships with the Global Digital Marketing team and local marketing teams across markets. Identify potential issues early and take prompt action to protect timelines, quality, and client expectations. Capacity & Resource Management Maintain clear visibility of team capacity, workload, and hours logged across the Creative Factory. Schedule work based on real resource availability across design, copywriting, video, UI/UX, and development. Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines and concurrent projects. Communicate workload status and capacity constraints proactively to the creative team and internal clients. Set clear expectations around timelines, dependencies, and delivery dates from the beginning of each engagement. Provide the creative team with weekly task plans and timelines aligned with agreed priorities. Scoping, Quoting & Client Liaison Scope and quote each request before production begins. Apply the internal rate card consistently and accurately. Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Obtain appropriate sign-off on scope before production starts. Serve as the primary operational liaison for internal clients across markets, providing responsive, organized, and solution-oriented support. Track project costs, risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the production lifecycle. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track and report weekly on productivity, resource utilization, delivery performance, resourcing needs, and client satisfaction. Use analytics and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Feed insights back into the workflow and operating model to improve throughput, predictability, and quality. Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions. Drive continuous optimization of the Creative Factory’s operational model rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, project management, agency production, or related fields. Previous experience working within an advertising or creative agency is required. Candidates with only corporate project management experience and no agency exposure will not meet the requirement. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and creative development, gained through close collaboration with creative teams. Ability to scope, brief, coordinate, and quality-check creative work. Hands-on copywriting or design production is not required. Working knowledge of digital marketing, AI tools, and media production workflows. Strong Jira proficiency, including workflow configuration, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking for multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both creative specialists and non-creative business stakeholders. Highly proactive and action-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to identify problems early and improve processes without being asked.
Job description

About Lucidya Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that helps organizations understand their customers and take action across the entire customer lifecycle.
Our platform brings together products including Social Listening, OmniServe, Survey, and AI Agent, helping enterprise organizations across the region turn customer data into better experiences and measurable business outcomes.
As we continue to scale our products, customers, and AI capabilities, the amount of data we generate is growing rapidly.
The opportunity is no longer simply to report on what happened - it's to understand why it happened, what it means, and what we should do next.
Why this role matters We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can help make data a genuine part of how Product operates.
This isn't a role where you'll wait for a Product Manager to ask for a dashboard or pull a report after a decision has already been made.
You'll be expected to get close to the product, understand how customers actually use it, spot patterns others may have missed, and bring insights to the table before someone asks for them.
You'll operate at two levels.
At the product and feature level , you'll help teams understand whether customers are discovering, adopting, engaging with, and getting value from what we're building.
You'll identify friction, investigate unexpected behaviour, evaluate experiments, and help teams decide what to improve, scale, reposition, or stop.
At the leadership level , you'll connect those individual product signals to the bigger picture - helping leadership understand product performance, emerging opportunities, risks, and where we should invest next.
The strongest person in this role will be able to move comfortably between a SQL query, a conversation with a Product Manager, and a leadership presentation - and translate the same data into something meaningful for each audience.
What You'll Do Turn product data into decisions.
You'll go beyond reporting what happened to understand why it happened, what it means, and what Product should do differently as a result.
Help teams define what success actually means.
You'll work with Product Managers and other stakeholders to establish meaningful KPIs, success metrics, and measurement plans before features and initiatives are launched.
Understand how customers use our products.
You'll analyse journeys, funnels, cohorts, adoption, engagement, retention, churn, and behavioural patterns to identify where customers are succeeding and where they're getting stuck.
Evaluate whether our products are delivering value.
You'll assess feature performance and help teams make evidence-based decisions about whether to improve, scale, reposition, or discontinue initiatives.
Bring insights into product discovery.
You'll use quantitative evidence alongside customer, product, and market context to help teams understand which problems are worth solving and where the biggest opportunities exist.
Challenge assumptions with evidence.
When a team believes a feature is working, adoption is strong, or customers are behaving a certain way, you'll be comfortable asking, “What does the data actually tell us?
” — constructively and without creating friction.
Identify opportunities before you're asked.
You won't wait for a stakeholder to request a report.
You'll proactively investigate anomalies, emerging trends, underperforming areas, and changes in customer behaviour and bring forward the ones that matter.
Support experimentation.
You'll help teams define hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement approaches, then analyse experiments and A/B tests to determine what the evidence tells us.
Make complex analysis easy to understand.
You'll turn large datasets and complicated analysis into clear stories, visualisations, recommendations, and decisions that make sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Give leadership a clear view of product performance.
You'll create reporting that connects detailed product and feature performance to broader business objectives, highlighting progress, drivers, risks, and recommended actions rather than simply presenting numbers.
Help Product become more self-sufficient with data.
You'll build repeatable analytical frameworks, dashboards, documentation, and self-service resources so teams don't need to come to you for every question.
Raise data literacy across Product.
You'll coach Product Managers on metrics, analysis, and interpretation, and use workshops, office hours, and day-to-day collaboration to make better use of data part of how the team works.
Build trust across teams.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders and influence decisions without relying on formal authority.
What Success Looks Like In your first 3-6 months, you'll be building trust.
Product teams know you as someone who understands the product, asks the right questions, and brings useful insights rather than simply producing reports.
As you establish yourself, you'll start changing how decisions are made.
Product Managers are defining meaningful success metrics earlier, teams are using evidence to evaluate their decisions, and you're proactively surfacing opportunities and risks rather than responding to reporting requests.
Ultimately, success means Product becomes more intelligent.
Leadership has a clear view of what's driving product performance, teams understand why customers behave the way they do, and decisions about priorities and investment are increasingly based on evidence rather than assumptions.
The shift we're looking for is simple: From “What happened?
” → “Why did it happen?
” → “What should we do about it?
" Who You Are You're naturally curious.
When you see an unexpected number, you don't just add it to a report — you want to know what's behind it.
You think commercially, not just analytically.
You understand that an interesting insight isn't necessarily a useful one.
You can connect product behaviour to customer value, business performance, and investment decisions.
You don't need to be given the question.
You're comfortable starting with an ambiguous problem, figuring out what needs to be understood, and determining what analysis will actually help answer it.
You can zoom in and out.
You can spend time investigating why a particular feature's adoption dropped while still understanding how that finding connects to the wider product strategy.
You're willing to challenge people.
You don't simply validate what a stakeholder already believes.
You're comfortable presenting evidence that contradicts an assumption, while doing so in a way that builds trust rather than defensiveness.
You know that being right isn't enough.
Your analysis only creates value if people understand it and act on it.
You can turn complex findings into a simple story and a clear recommendation.
You're a strong communicator.
You can explain an analytical finding to a Product Manager, work through the technical detail with an Engineer, and present the business implication to leadership.
You're proactive and self-directed.
You don't wait for a ticket to appear in your queue.
You notice something worth investigating and take ownership of finding out what it means.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and a changing environment.
Not every question will have a clean dataset or obvious answer.
You know how to work with imperfect information while being transparent about its limitations.
You have 4+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related field, with experience working directly with digital Product teams.
You're technically strong.
You can independently use SQL to explore and analyse large datasets and are comfortable working with product analytics or business intelligence platforms such as Mixpanel, Heap, Pendo, Metabase, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
You understand product metrics deeply , including funnels, journeys, cohorts, retention, engagement, adoption, churn, and customer behaviour.
You can translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and understand the difference between finding a correlation and understanding what it actually means.
You're comfortable working remotely and can communicate effectively across teams without relying on being in the same room.
You have professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to Have Experience designing or evaluating A/B tests and experiments.
Experience with statistical analysis.
Familiarity with modern data stacks, data warehouses, transformation tools, event tracking, analytics instrumentation, or data governance.
Experience building or improving a product analytics function or data culture.
Experience presenting product recommendations to senior leadership.
Working knowledge of Python or R.
Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise products, AI products, or complex data-driven platforms.
What the hiring process will look like Recruiter screening — An initial conversation about your experience, motivations, and what you're looking for next.
Analytics interview — A deeper discussion around your product analytics experience, technical capability, and how you approach ambiguous analytical problems.
Case study / analytical exercise — You'll be given a product or business problem and asked to analyse the available information, identify the key insights, and explain what you would recommend.
Presentation Interview — You'll meet Product and/or business stakeholders to explore how you communicate insights, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions based on the case study.
Leadership / culture interview — A final conversation focused on how you operate, collaborate, handle ambiguity, and contribute to a high-performing team.
