When writing an incident report, ensure that the report includes information about the person(s) who committed the act, its location, time, how the incident developed and its consequences. Ensure that employees entering into and exiting from the facility use their ID cards, identify and report to his/her supervisor employees that do not use their ID card to enter or exit, and monitor the situation accordingly. Control the units around the facility and report any suspicious persons or vehicles to his/her supervisor. Use the communication tools (walkie-talkie, telephone) for their proper purpose while on duty. Fully comply with the rules concerning shift changes and ensure that no problems occur. Ensure the security around the areas where explosive and combustible agents for entertainment purposes will be used. Make use of all opportunities for self-development. Eliminate any problems and shortcomings in inspections and controls and report any needs. Make every effort to be the best. Share Point Administrator<br>We are seeking a skilled Share Point Administrator to support and maintain Share Point Server and Project Server (PWA) environments hosted on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Share Point administration, troubleshooting, workflow management, and cloud-hosted environments.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Administer and support Share Point Server and Project Server (PWA) environments. Manage Share Point site collections, web applications, content databases, service applications, and user permissions. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Share Point workflows using tools such as Nintex, Share Point Designer, and Power Automate. Monitor system performance, availability, and storage utilization. Support AWS-hosted Share Point infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and Cloud Watch. Assist in Share Point migration and upgrade projects, including on-premises to AWS migrations. Troubleshoot issues related to Share Point services, search functionality, workflows, and integrations. Support backup, recovery, patching, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement platform improvements. Provide end-user and technical support for Share Point-related issues.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in Share Point administration and support. Hands-on experience with Share Point Server (2016/2019 or later). Experience supporting Project Server / Project Web App (PWA) is preferred.
